According to a DM I finally received from @TeamYouTube, their decision on my channel stands.
I'll have a final post on my channel when the two week ban lifts detailing everything and what my plans are going forward.
But unfortunately, it seems those plans won't include YouTube.

@TeamYouTube I've just received yet another strike on my content, it's been three weeks of a warning, a strike and a second strike. I've been doing this for three years - my channel is instructional and educational geared towards emulation (legal).

@TeamYouTube My appeal was rejected for this, again, and still was not given actual information as to the reasons and what to do.
Given this keeps happening, I'll have no choice, but to shut down the channel completely.
Some or any information at all, would be nice.
@JamiUwUs Having the same problem your channel did, I saw you solved it by emailing - I've had no luck, can you share the email address and or email you sent that finally worked?
