We’re beyond stoked to share that The Joeys have been voted Best Band of the Valley 2025 in the Reader’s Choice Awards!
Thank you to Phoenix Magazine and to everyone who voted, and a big thanks to those who have been showing up and supporting us over the years!
Check out this great article from Ed Masley about this weekend's Mesa Music Festival!
If you want to catch a set from The Joeys, we'll be on the Mesa Arts Center Alliance Stage Friday at 9PM and Saturday we'll be on the Main Stage at 1PM. See you there!
"When I first started doing this thing in Mesa, everybody would say, ‘Why Mesa? Why Mesa?’ And I was always like, ‘Why not?’" Spoke to the organizer of @mesamusicfest as it returns this weekend with more free concerts. Read more at @azcentral azcentral.com/story/entertai…

Have you voted in our local music poll at @azcentral? Polls close Tuesday night. There are 60 choices & many other acts I wish we could've gotten in there, including some personal favorites. If you have a write-in vote, just drop it here. azcentral.com/story/entertai…

Hey Phoenix, we're doing a best local band poll at @azcentral. It's not behind a paywall. There are 60 choices but way more acts I wish we could've gotten in there. If you have a write-in vote, just drop it here. Those votes will count. 1/2 azcentral.com/story/entertai…

Happy belated 93rd birthday to the one and only @WillieNelson. Thanks for all the great music over the years. #willienelson
Had a great time with legendary musician, race relations expert and all-around great guy @RealDarylDavis! After his inspiring speech, we were honored to play a few tunes with him including one he played w/ Chuck Berry as his piano player for 30+ years.

Hey, it’s yer old pals the @BreakupSociety urging all our friends in Phoenix to support the station that supports the scene this Saturday at Pho Cao where several of our favorite local bands are raising funds for @KWSS_Radio, including MonkeyCat, @MillsEndBand & @JoeysBand.

I just want to let you all know that I'm getting better day by day. The progress I'm making is excellent! My dream is to visit Japan, the States, and Europe with Stray Cats, and of course, one of my biggest thrills would be bringing back the BSO Christmas show tradition.
Thank you all for your love and support—it truly means the world to me. I was deeply touched. I love you guys, and only we can truly understand what this sound means to us!
Love, Brian
