Officially 6 hours waiting for a tow truck. This in addition to at least 4 back and forth with the third party contractor for @Nationwide May be changing insurance. If this is service on a sunny day…what’s it like during an emergency?

It's amazing what a bad hotel can do to ruin a vacation. Even after changing hotels, our awful experience with @Radisson lingered over the rest of the week...and they have done NOTHING to address it, despite promises to reach out. #radisson #poorservice #dirtyhotel
I will never stay in @Radisson again. Locked every door but 1 in restaunt w chain while eating. Mgr was too busy to speak with me immediately.
And the doors in the restaurant were not the only problem. Room not cleaned, fixtures broken. Might as well be a roadside motel!
