They were surprised to learn that there was no life saving equipment in the… EXECUTION ROOM
There was no medical oxygen or mask in the execution chamber where Tennessee tried and failed to kill convicted murderer Christa Pike, which meant staff had to go and get it when things went wrong, according to a source who witnessed what happened. nbcnews.com/news/us-news/-me…

On Thursday, in a stunning admission, The Liggett Group - makers of Chesterfield, Lark, and L&M cigarettes - acknowledged publicly that their cigarettes are addictive, and DO cause cancer. Hours later, the four other major tobacco makers - Reynolds, Philip Morris, Lorillard, and Brown & Williamson - issued a joint statement. Saying, quote, "Today's announcement comes as no surprise. Everyone knows, Liggett cigarettes cause cancer."

We live in a capitalist world..and in the way you’re trying to spin it..Kap was the one who truly capitalized..respectfully. Kap wasn’t playing well..and he was clearly bothered when Gabbert became the starting QB. The whole kneeling controversy shifted the focus..and Kap rode that wave..presenting himself as an activist while..in my opinion..leading people who are genuinely struggling down the wrong path for selfish reasons.. I don’t believe Kap would have taken a knee if he had been the starting QB. If the Niners was on the way to the Super Bowl that year..the protest would be much easier to understand. But when I hear that he “lost his whole career” because of it, I think that’s a stretch. Every athlete has their day…
People just ask yourself. Who would you believe more, JayZ who clearly is capitalizing and making money off of what happened. Or Colin Kaepernick who lost his whole career off of what happened.

One thing that concerning about the Cornell narrative is both political tribes are jumping on it in an attempt to justify their political views. Conservatives love that a far-left university “covered it up” and Liberals love that the “gang rapists” are rich white guys.

BREAKING: Travis Kelce has been named as a victim in a massive Ponzi scheme that pulled in more than $35 million from investors. Siddharth Jawahar, a 38-year-old illegal immigrant, pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud and has now been sentenced to 11 years in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $31 million in restitution. Prosecutors say Jawahar took in more than $35 million but invested only about $10 million, using new investor money to repay earlier clients and fund private jets, luxury hotels, and expensive outings. Kelce’s individual losses have not been publicly disclosed as this time, @Max_Gorden reports.
