@LGUSSupport @LGUS Here’s the leak my family has been dealing with for TWO MONTHS on our brand new washer while LG gives us the runaround. Case # CNN260815085819 My washing machine has been leaking for two months, and LG has given me nothing but the runaround. I’ve called numerous times. I spent more than 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting and sending videos LG required—only to later learn nobody had even watched them. I wasted a day waiting for a technician who then needed MY help moving the washing machine. Since that visit, I’ve called LG three more times. Twice I was promised someone would call me back. Nobody did. I was then told my case was being escalated for a replacement decision and I would hear back within 24–48 hours. That was A WEEK AGO. Yesterday I called again. Instead of a replacement decision, the call center told me they now need to send ANOTHER technician to determine whether the machine is repairable. I asked for a supervisor and was told one would call me as soon as they finished their current call. Nobody called. Every time I contact LG, I get another call center representative who wants to start at the beginning and run me through the same diagnostic script. Meanwhile, now that LG has my phone number, I’m being bombarded with marketing—and LG even mailed me an offer to BUY A PREMIUM SERVICE PLAN. Incredible timing. While LG passes me from person to person, my family is cleaning water off the floor every 3rd or 4th load of laundry. I bought LG because I thought I was buying a premium product from a company that would stand behind it when something went wrong. So far, I was wrong. Life is NOT Good with LG. At this point, there is only one thing I want to hear from LG: “When can we deliver your replacement?”

Sitting on DL1903 DTW to FLL. Been at the gate for nearly 2 hours because allegedly the pilot dropped his phone behind the seat and it fell down into the baggage area (which is hard to believe). Little 4 year old in front of me says “ next time we’re aren’t taking Delta to Florida”. Verbalized what all the adults are thinking. #deltaairlines
