Respectfully disagree. Focus on product market fit & only on product market fit. Until you have it. Then only focus on growth. Follow this advice, you likely open pandora's box. There are too many other temptations that feel like business building but are blackhole of time.

founders ✨ i highly recommend creating a solid cap table, balance sheet, and p&l even if you're incredibly early on in the process it'll make it easier to manage things in the future if you set up a solid foundation to build off of
