Firmly rooted in the Word of Jesus, reading the Gospel every day, never stop dreaming of a land where there is peace and fraternity, nor stop looking at the world with wonder, nor stop facing the future with the light of hope. Do not let anything or anyone steal your hope.

“Have faith,” Jesus tells us in the #GospelOfTheDay (Jn 14:1). That is the secret! It is precisely this faith that frees our hearts from the anxiety of possessing and acquiring, and from the illusion that we must pursue a position of prestige to have worth. Each person already has infinite worth in the mystery of God.

Reflection from Pope Leo XIV
"Jesus calls you to be witnesses of communion, builders of bridges and sowers of trust in a world often marked by division and suspicion. Do not be afraid, then, to show that you are Christians, to live the Gospel with enthusiasm, and to share the joy that springs from encountering the Lord. Always remember the following words, and be courageous in bringing their meaning to others: 'In every situation of our life, we will experience that we are never alone, for as children we are always loved, forgiven and encouraged by God.'"

Pope Leo encouraged young Catholics at NCYC 2025, telling them: “During Eucharistic Adoration, you can look at Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, and you know He looks at you with love.” Tonight, more than 16,000 youth gathered at Lucas Oil Stadium to adore Jesus together after an inspiring digital encounter with Pope Leo, marking a profound moment of faith and unity for the Church in America.

This is really good - when u are in a position of leadership: Coach, QB, CEO, etc… don’t look at ppl as a means to advance your position/standing (by taking credit for what they do or cutting them down to make yourself look better), look at your position as a means of lifting up and advancing/growing others!!
That’s what true leadership does… advancement for you will come by your positive impact on others!!
It’s gotten so old to watch ppl try to advance/lift themselves up by knocking down/taking shot at others!

Bill Belichick said, "You earn your teammate's trust through your performance and your consistency every day."
"You have to show your team that you're committed. That's what a good teammate does."
Trust is earned, not given.
It means show up and be dependable.
