East Africa's most notorious slaver, Tippu Tip hated being told he looked more African than Arab. He believed Africans were sub human and he duly overcompensated.
An 1887 report in The Times described him as contemptuous of Black Africans and said he referred to white men as his “European brothers.”
Tip was actually a product of the Arab slave trade, as he a mixed Arab person in Zanzibar. Both his paternal and maternal grandmother's were enslaved African women from the interior who had been used as sex slaves.
He was born in Zanzibar as Hamad ibn Muhammad. Some say he earned the nickname Tippu Tip, because that’s how the guns that he used sounded, while others
believe it’s because of the prominent, involuntary nervous twitch in his eyes.
While he was born at the peak of the the East African slave trade run by Omani Arabs, he took slave raiding and trading to a whole new level. He led caravans all the way to what is now DRC because by the 1860s, the Tanzanian coast was already depleted of people to enslave.
One of his methods would be to burn down entire villages then kidnap women and children and use the captives to make the men lose the will to fight.
He was a crafty man. When the European colonialist came, he adapted. In 1887, through Henry Morton Stanley, Tippu Tip became governor of the Stanley Falls district in King Leopold II’s Congo Free State. A major slave trader was given an official position in a colonial administration that claimed to oppose slavery.
So when the British abolished slavery in their territories, he went on to supply King Leopold of Belgium with 'labour' for his mines and plantations.
Tip knew the interior if Africa so well, He apparently helped European explorers like David Livingstone and Henry Morton Stanley to map out the interior of Africa. This was consequential during the Scramble for Africa, because then they had a map of Africa to use during the divison

How Western Europe became genetically civilized:
(Frost and Harpending 2015, pic 1) analyze the decline of Homicide over time and adjust for the factors that accounted for this shocking reduction homicide over time
They find that the use of the death penalty, and the systematic killing of about 1 percent of the most violent men generationally explained more than half of the massive reduction in homicide from 40 per 100k to the modern levels of less than 1 per 100k.
Which would indicate that the homicide levels changed via the eugenic reproductive isolation of violent men through eugenic culling of their perfidious elements of the human gene pool over time.
The drop amounts to about 20 per 100k homicides over time from late medieval to modern times. This is like your homicide rate dropping from the rate of Brazil to the rate of Denmark today.
As Peter Frost notes, this doesn’t mention the fact that stigmatization towards violent men and violent means of altercation became a norm in Britain and the west over time, which through a gene environment interaction further resulted in subsequent reductions over homicide not documented in the study.
These large legal consequences for murder caused violent men to be a bottom social class group, which as (Lynn 1997) in his book: The genetic deterioration of modern populations documents and (Clark 2007, 2009, 2014,2026 ) infamously made viral with his compelling and prodigious case for how west Europe over time genetically engineered itself through eugenic mating of higher social classes into significantly more complex and intelligent social formations, overcoming the “child-like pre-modern operational state” of premodern societies, as (Osterdiekhoff 2012) described these societies.
Osterdiekhoff shows with strong evidence that societies were usually incapable of complex thoughts, hypothetical scenarios, the ability to conceptualize someone else’s situation, abstract thinking etc, and changes in stages of thought directed towards intelligence coalesced into a revolution of ingenuity known as the European divergence.
Over time, this divergence in cognitive advancement correlated with lower toleration for violence, higher stability and preferential support to allocating a governmental centralized power to administer force and punishment against such violence.
Moreover, the general reduction of these violent men over generations added up incrementally to the point that the social norms pertaining to violent crime and social status evaporated over time, as a new less violent genetically pacified population took their place.
The perception of such corrosive behavior became so much more negative over time that eventually even the elite populations started to get prosecuted with the death penalty for these crimes, which helped drastically reduce their homicide rate.
As (Piffer & Connor 2026), (Piffer & Kirkegaard 2024), (Kujipers et al. 2022)), show - the percent of individuals with. Genetic edu PGS score in the top percentiles was 10x more common in 1850s Europe than in Europe in year 700 (Piffer & Connor 2026 specifically here).
The numbers grew in significant fashion to the point that whole debating societies and clubs based on such conversations along with the birth of a revolution of thinkers and scientific inventions occurred, which created a whole new layer of complexity to an already complexitying society.
Other correlatory factors lend credence to the genetic explanation, mainly that 1) intelligence and development genetically correlates with genes for higher moral impulses and lower propensity toward violence, which means a genetic effect must have taken place as well on crime, 2) its replicability across Western Europe along with the similar dilemma of elite violence which has been documented not just in Britain, but with examples of studies from Venice, showcasing similar patterns that give irreproachable evidence of this claim.

MISSOURI HAS NO ILLEGALS; go figure... shouldn't the other states do the same? Missouri's approach to the problem of illegal immigration appears to be more advanced, sophisticated, strict, and effective than anything to date in Arizona. Does the White House appreciate what Missouri has done? So, why doesn't Missouri receive attention? Answer: There are no illegals in Missouri to demonstrate. (And the Media doesn't want to publicize that fact!)
The "Show Me" state has again shown us how it should be done. There needs to be more publicity and exposure regarding what Missouri has done. Please pass this around.
In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri. In November 2008, nearly 90% voted in favor! Thus, English became the official language for ALL governmental activity in Missouri. No individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English.
In 2008, a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be in Missouri illegally. Missouri law enforcement officers receive specific training with respect to enforcement of federal immigration laws.
In Missouri, illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayer benefits such as food stamps or health care through Missouri Health NET.
In 2009, a measure was passed that ensures Missouri's public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are illegally in the United States.
In Missouri, all post-secondary institutions of higher education are required to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States .
It is important to remember, Missouri has been far more proactive in addressing this horrific problem. Missouri has made it clear that illegal immigrants are NOT WELCOME in the state and they will NOT receive public benefits at the expense of Missouri taxpayers.
DON'T DELETE THIS, AMERICA. KEEP IT GOING UNTIL WE GET ALL 50 STATES TO COMPLY!

Can someone explain this to me?
Europeans settled the Cape of Good Hope in 1652.
Their descendants have been born there for more than 350 years, built a distinct language and culture on African soil, and know no other home.
They are still routinely called colonisers and told they are not African.
Move from Lahore, Lagos or Kingston to Britain, acquire a passport, and the same voices insist you are British at once and, increasingly, that your children may claim to be English.
Either continuous presence, birth and cultural formation create a legitimate claim to a place, or they do not.
The standard cannot be inverted solely according to the ancestry of the people involved.
Jews maintained a continuous presence in the Land of Israel for over 3,000 years.
The Romans renamed the province of Judea “Syria Palaestina” after crushing the Bar Kokhba revolt in 135 CE specifically to erase the Jewish connection to the land.
Arab forces conquered the region in the 7th century. Significant Arab migration continued into the late Ottoman period and under the British Mandate, drawn by economic opportunities created in part by Jewish development.
A distinct “Palestinian” national identity among local Arabs is a 20th-century development, solidifying mainly in the 1920s in opposition to Zionism and later consolidated by the PLO and the Soviet KGB.
Afrikaners after 350+ years in South Africa: still colonisers, not African.
Jews returning to (or remaining in) their ancestral homeland after millennia: colonisers and settlers.
Arabs whose ancestors arrived via 7th-century conquest or later migration: indigenous Palestinians with an ancient claim.
Someone who arrived in Britain from the Subcontinent or Africa in recent decades: British, and now eligible to be English.
The standard for belonging keeps changing depending on who is making the claim.

The latest allegations against Romania's former presidential candidate Călin Georgescu are extraordinary. After authorities searched his residence and reportedly installed covert surveillance equipment, Georgescu allegedly hired a specialist to check his own home for hidden recording devices. Not remove them, just check.
Now prosecutors are pursuing another criminal investigation, alleging attempted interference with government surveillance systems - inside his own home. Yet the specialist reportedly says he found no devices and interfered with nothing.
Prosecutors themselves acknowledge that no surveillance equipment was damaged or disrupted. They claim Georgescu intended to interfere with their operation, but have not publicly disclosed the evidence establishing that intent. Nor have they released the judicial authorization for installing the equipment in the first place.
Since when does hiring someone to search your own home for hidden microphones constitute evidence of a crime?
This latest investigation raises serious questions about Romania as a democracy. As the treatment of a presidential candidate whose election victory was a whose election victory was annulled (on false pretenses) and who has subsequently faced an extraordinary succession of criminal proceedings.
Romania canceled a presidential election on allegations of foreign interference, yet nearly two years later, the publicly available evidence still does not establish that Russia orchestrated the campaign or that the alleged interference changed the election outcome.
The social-media promotion occurred, was largely traced to domestic political interests, while TikTok disputed a central intelligence allegation involving 25,000 accounts.
This distinction matters enormously. Political advertising, undisclosed campaign spending, foreign interference, and election fraud are not interchangeable accusations.
Canceling an election is among the most consequential powers a government can exercise. If Romanian authorities cannot publicly substantiate the violations that made a national election invalid, they are the ones that need to be prosecuted.
Instead, Călin Georgescu faces an array of false allegations - the most recent is tampering with spyware, for which there is no judicial authorization on record and for which he was not informed of.

I have verified this woman is in Cook County, Illinois and Cook County used Dominion Voting machines
According to the Illinois State Board of Elections’ Voting Systems Equipment Log, Dominion is listed as both the equipment vendor and support vendor for their voting machines and has their contract

Reports from France today said the Muslim rioters had a list of Jewish businesses to burn in France yesterday, and they left all of the Muslim businesses alone while they set Jewish shops ablaze.
Still think this is about students and textbooks?
Coming to America soon if we don’t start expelling Muslims from our country with the assistance of the US military.
By the time people wake up, it will be too late.
If Democrats win in November, they will allow for the Islamic takeover of America.

Not 20% or even 50%. But 100% of rapes. Let that sink in.
Europe is committing suicide.
The only social & political solution that comes close is a gradual phase out.
When I post about Social Security running out of money in six years, many say we just need to cut waste, fraud, and abuse.
We should. But that only addresses a small fraction of the shortfall.
If your Congressman says that alone will fix Social Security, they aren't being straight with you. We need real solutions, not political talking points.
Hey Piers, if Zelinsky is using Downs Syndrome adults as soldiers, he'll surely take you. So, when are you volunteering? Or do your principles have their limits, say like, when it's your life that's on the line?

Everything is pretend now
From a comment under my post on string theory:
I work in finance. Some time ago an invoice crossed my desk. A client in property rental had paid a consulting firm to help one of his buildings get an EU eco-certificate. They planted some trees. They put bees on the roof. Certificate granted – and with it, better access to EU-linked financing.
Follow the chain. Someone invented the certificate, and got paid for it. Someone founded a consultancy to help you obtain it, and gets paid for it. Someone audits whether you deserve it, and gets paid for it. And finally the owner pays to modify the building so it fits the boxes. Everyone has a job. Everyone has an invoice. GDP goes up.
And nothing was produced. Not one more flat, not a better roof, not a cheaper rent. The bees are not there for honey. They are there for the certificate.
This is how the EU’s soft power works. No need to force a law through, with a vote, a debate, a court. Just attach a condition to the money. Follow our recommendations, collect our certificates – or no financing, no subsidies, and you can’t compete with those who did. You are free. Just not funded.
A law you can fight – in court, at the next election. A condition on money you can only accept, or lose. Power without a signature, without accountability, without anyone to vote out.
The same with universities: research follows the grant, and the grant follows the agenda. The same with cities. We saw it in Polish towns where councillors had to revoke resolutions – "legally meaningless", they were told – because EU funds were on the line. If it was meaningless, why the threat? Because it was never about the law. It was about who decides.
Everything is pretend now. Pretend ecology – bees for paperwork. Pretend science – theories that can never be wrong. Pretend self-government – councils that vote until the money disagrees. Pretend work – reports nobody reads, written to satisfy rules nobody needed, checked by people whose job is checking.
Pointless? Not for everyone. It keeps posts. It keeps positions. It keeps the structure of power standing and the people inside it paid. That is its real product. The only thing the system produces efficiently is more of itself.
And someone pays for all of it. Not Brussels – the tenant, in the rent. The buyer, in the price. The worker, in the tax. Every pretend job is carried on the back of a real one.
Meanwhile a young couple does the maths and stops at two children. Often at one. The building can afford bees on its roof. The family can’t afford a third child under its own.
That is what rot looks like. Not collapse – collapse is at least honest. Rot is a structure that still stands, still issues certificates, still hires consultants, while the inside goes hollow. Green on the outside, like a tree.
Everything is pretend now – except the decline. That one is real, and it compounds.
And a compounding decline ends up going pretty quickly.

Admiring a big stone wall is one thing. Calling it a functioning civilization is another.
People get defensive when you bring up what Great Zimbabwe actually was, and I think it's because the myth is easier to swallow than the engineering.
You can stack split granite for three hundred years, but if you never work out the arch, the keystone or the dome, you hit a ceiling.
The elites built walls. They didn't build a two-story structure, a bridge over a major river, or a roof that was anything more than mud and thatch.
Meanwhile, other parts of the world were running on wheels, pulleys, gears and ox carts, hauling tons of material across thousands of kilometers.
On the plateau, everything moved on human heads.
When your top logistics system is a line of people carrying baskets, that's closer to a labor camp than an empire.
Then there's the missing script. Without writing or real mathematics, you can't keep blueprints, record metallurgical knowledge, standardize weights and measures, or hand complex engineering down to the next generation. Each generation starts over from scratch.
The conical tower and the Great Enclosure are impressive, sure. But they were dead ends.
