Our 2 year investigation at this RSPCA Assured M&S select flagship farm uncovered horrific abuse of cows. M&S have previously used this horror farm in their promotional videos and advertisements. If this is the best of the best and the ‘highest welfare’ dairy in the UK, that should tell you everything you need to know…

Hi @c2c_Rail can I ask what you’re doing to protect passengers this evening due to travel home around the same time as the Southend protests? Will there be police on the trains?
I’m asking again…..could you please find a way of informing all TFL staff about this so we don’t get interrogated every time we have to ask to be let through a tube barrier with a non-existent travel-card. Feel like a criminal!🤦🏼♀️

Have you ever flown long-haul with a 5-year-old and no inflight entertainment? All 3 of us had broken screens with no inflight entertainment, and @British_Airways seems to think some avios (worth about £50) is acceptable compensation?! Worst customer service! #BritishAirways

Hi @c2c_Rail - if I buy a flexi-season ticket on my Smartcard (to save on peak fares), but am travelling off-peak some days and therefore cheaper just buying an individual ticket for those days, how would my Smartcard know which ticket to use when I tap it on the barrier?!🤔

I've read so many books - academic and mainstream - about how to be happy and achieve stuff... they all boil down to the same four principles.
1) Treat and speak to others as you wish to be treated. (don't be a self-obsessed, self consumed c***)
2) Don't hang around with people who secretly or explicitly hate you / jealous of you and want to bring you down - you CANNOT fix them - and they delight in hurting you.
3) Don't blame other people for your shi*t. Work out what YOU got wrong, do better.*
*Unless you are actually a baby. Then it's fine.
4) Drink coffee, keep dancing / keep socialising
There is a fifth in my opinion. Care for animals. Even picking up shit is therapeutic.
