ALT I’m saying thanks to all the frontline Children’s Social Workers who are doing their utmost to keep children safe in the face of yet more adversity, we do what we do because we care and will not stop caring. WNW Team 22 & Team 25

ALT Can I thank the Adults Organisational and Workforce Development team. They have worked hard throughout the pandemic to support social care recruitment and deliver development/training for both internal services and external providers. Shout out to HR colleagues for supporting us too

ALT The Digital Change Team in IDS, who have helped to mobilise an entire workforce to work from home, whilst undergoing massive internal change and restructuring. You’re all great and it’s a privilege to work with you all

ALT I have to mention my brilliant Electoral Services Team… they have the best ‘can do’ attitude and team spirit and will do anything required to get a job done. I’m lucky to have them as is LCC and I want them to know how much I appreciate them all
