Preparing for my last run of early shifts for BBC South before stepping behind the scenes to start a role managing our team of talented online writers. I shall no doubt miss the 📺work from time to time, but safe to say I won’t miss the early alarm! 😴

Gorgeous day at work on Weymouth beach today. I’ve been speaking to @RNLI lifeguard Molly Horton, 18, who’s been praised for her quick thinking actions last week when she rescued a young girl who’d got out of her depth in the water. BBC South Today with @edwardjsaulC 1830, BBC1
