Fore 1.4.0 is out. Much faster than 1.3.0 by introduction of outermost action handlers to reduce update cycles to minimum. #fore #html5 #webcompents #declarative #xforms - get it here: github.com/Jinntec/Fore/rele… - not just for those who celebrate Christmas.
Fore 1.3.0 is out adding lots of details found when implementing full applications like an epidoc editor and a complete timetracking app. github.com/Jinntec/Fore/rele… #declarative #webcomponents #xforms

Speeding up things dramatically by reducing refresh cycles in #Fore. Tests running green but further tests required to get confident. Next up: refactor repeats to use MutationObservers for updating just the affected controls.

Trying to explain to university accessibility folks why a declarative, open-source framework (@JinnForeTec) does not "meet" WCAG 2.1 Level AA--but allows the standards to used by anyone--is giving me a headache. Like trying to explain why Python does not "meet" WCAG 2.1.
static lists that update only once, fx-switch element just updating selected case + faster template expressions - at least 3 performance improvements that go into 1.3.0 #Fore #webcomponents #html5
Is HTML purely presentational? Why HTML can do more with Fore ;) pun intended. medium.com/@joern.turner/dec… #webcomponents #declarative #html5 #userinterface
Fore 1.2.0 released. Not much new features but some important fixes found during our work on a TEI metadata application. For details see github.com/Jinntec/Fore/rele… #Fore #webcomponents #declarative #HTML5
Fresh from the oven - Version 1.1.0 - check it out at jinntec.github.io/Fore/doc/i… #webcomponents #webdev #xml #xpath
See new Fore example updating one codemirror from another by using an XQuery Update extension function.
So we got pure client-side data transformations in Fore now that take an input, transform (update) it and return the result.

Just deployed my first functional form with @JinnForeTec. Works beautifully, and I love the seamless integration between a declarative framework and the JavaScript ecosystem (e.g., was easy to pull in @zenorocha's clipboard.js for added functionality). #Fore #XForms
