A habitat is a safe space for an organism. It should provide everything one needs to live and thrive, so on #WorldHabitatDay, I find myself asking: Are the habitats we are building for humans actually helping us live better?
A laboratory must experiment with and innovate new models of #HumanCentric living. From salutogenic living to regenerative landscapes, circular materials, SCADA water system etc, we are exploring how every layer of a township can work together to improve human life
Our aim is to build a network of these #livingLaboratories across #India where learning's can become measurable benchmarks and replicable models. Because the habitat of the future should not only add years to life, but life to years.
#WorldEnvironmentalHealthDay reminds me of a simple truth, the health of our communities is inseparable from the health of our environment. The places we design today will define the quality of human life for generations ahead.
At #DellaTownships, we are creating Active Laboratories for Future-Fit Living. Integrating human-centric and salutogenic masterplanning, regenerative landscapes, invisible technology infrastructure, wellness, hospitality and community-led design to shape the future of living.
#WorldEnvironmentalHealthDay is a reminder that every generation has a responsibility to design the world it inherits. The future of cities will be measured by what we build, intelligently, responsibly and humanely. This drives us to keep designing for the next 100 years.
Wishing Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji a very happy birthday. Your vision of a #ViksitBharat by 2047 inspires us to think bigger, design boldly and contribute towards building the India of the future. 🇮🇳
As a #DesignFuturist, my endeavour through #DellaTownships is to design and build the next generation of future-fit integrated luxury townships in India, bringing together architecture, technology, nature, wellness, hospitality, sustainability and human experience.
This year, as we take to the #WorldArchitectureFestival the story that India can help design the townships of the future, I feel an immense sense of pride in the #Bharat we represent. Happy Birthday, again, #NarendraModiJi.

Some data. We need our PM @narendramodi to look into this. The biggest Scrounge of Indus is such corruption. Anything govt touched in providing services or taxes seems to lead to corruption @sanjeevsanyal
