Christ. Looks better than Chadwell Heath. 😅
Fifth @WMMajors star down and @ChiMarathon is special.
Tokyo next, but might have 2027 off.
Good luck to Phoenix in the FA Vase this afternoon. 🟢⚫️
Missing it to run the Chicago Marathon this weekend (BIB 40288 if you want to track) but will be following and hoping we’re one step closer to Wembley by the end of the day.
Two 5-1 wins for Bexleyheath-based teams this weekend…
A massive well done to Jake, James, Luke and the whole squad for 13 points from the last 15 available.
We’re building something and a big few weeks ahead. Let’s keep it rolling. 🟢⚫️
And a big congratulations to all at @sedonsfc.
To be one game away from the FA Cup First Round and a possible tie with a League One club is genuinely incredible.
Particularly pleased for Dom Morgan-Griffiths who I loved watching at Phoenix.
Maybe the most I’ve enjoyed a full-time whistle since arriving at the club.
Momentum in the right direction, and lots of people working very hard to keep it that way. 🟢⚫️
I had a grim afternoon yesterday and had a seizure on my way home from watching our first-team (I’m sleeping it off and I’m fine).
Unlikely they’ll see this but thanks to those who helped me on the train & everyone at Dartford Station who looked after me before help arrived @TfL
I’m sure a massive team effort but congratulations to @LeeMarshall9 and anyone at @NUFC involved in today’s tributes to Kevin Keegan.
Probably the most genuinely moving pre-match build-up I’ve ever seen.
Tom Jones a big pick up. Wasn’t expecting to see him in Step Five this year after the season he had.
Thomas Jones wins the penalty, and Stefan Payne makes no mistake from the spot, burying his effort into the bottom-left corner.

Sadly, less than 45 minutes into our first pre-season friendly, our defender Joe Chalker suffered a serious injury that looks set to keep him out for much of the season.
Following a heavy challenge, Joe ruptured the ligaments in his ankle and will now require surgery, followed by a lengthy period of rehabilitation.
Joe is now facing months on the sidelines and the financial burden that comes with treatment and recovery.
We're asking our Phoenix Sports family, supporters, players, friends and the wider football community, to help us raise funds towards Joe's surgery and rehabilitation.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards helping Joe receive the treatment he needs and giving him the best possible chance of returning.
Thank you. 💚🖤 gofund.me/aa939b06e
A lovely man. There can’t have been many people more dedicated to Charlton than Scoop.
Thoughts to all who knew him. #cafc
We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of much-loved journalist & former Press Officer Peter ‘Scoop’ Burrowes at the age of 87, following a short battle with cancer.
A Charlton legend in his own right & key member of the Charlton family, he will be dearly missed.

A Champions League winner and two Europa League winners came through Charlton's academy in 2014/15.
The best in the country. #cafc
Completed the 130th @bostonmarathon but it was harrrddd. Happy with 3:47 after a very tough last 7k with cramp. Hoping legs recover in time for London on Sunday.

Congratulations to @whitstabletown on winning the @SCEFLeague this evening.
A really good club and the league’s best and most consistent team. Richly deserved. 👏
Had the pleasure of seeing this guy train three days a week for a year and I’ve never seen anything like it.
Could do things his teammates could only dream about and it all looked so effortless.
