上階の住人がベランダからゴミを落としてくるトラブル、もう1年になります。
毎日掃除しても、翌朝にはまたゴミ...
管理会社に何度相談しても「注意しておきます」で終わり。警察も口頭注意まで。
居住の自由があるから簡単に追い出せないと言われるけど、その負担を下の階が無償で引き受け続けるのはおかしくないですか？
せめて清掃コスト分の家賃減額か、ゴミ処理は管理会社がやるべきだと思う。
同じような経験ある方、どう解決しましたか？
