Happy Birthday to @tesseractband guitarist @Jimetal. Here's the story of the band's most recent album, last year's War Of Being, for you to enjoy... loudersound.com/features/tes…

“We don’t write fast – that’s the nature of progressive metal. We’re not going to put an album out...

While the band asked their audience, ‘Who are you?’ via their fifth album, they were also asking themselves, ‘Who are we?’ And they admitted doing it in a geeky fashion

This @VictoryAmps Kraken VX MKII is so small it fits in your hand luggage! I took it to @InfernoFestival for a @cagefightldn show - portable valve tone is awesome. Thanks to @rachelaspe @aLaBaMa_82 & Izah for the vids! #victorykraken #victoryamps #infernofestival #thrashmetal

Thought of the day: Would it make more sense if @Spotify showed 'Active Monthly Listeners' on a band's profile, rather than including listener numbers generated from algorithmic and editorial playlists? This would be a truer representation of the artist's audience.

.@ukinthailand please help us get our band member currently detained in Thailand - he's a UK resident and might be deported back to Russia and politically persecuted for anti-war views
