💔🐾 He was chained to a tree during Hurricane Isaias. How could someone do this to such a sweet, innocent animal? This heartbreaking story comes from The Mylo Foundation in Milton, Florida. Meet Rocky. ❤️ Rocky spent much of his life chained to a tree with only an old barrel for shelter. After being abandoned by his owner, he was left living outside. When Hurricane Isaias tore through Milton, Rocky was still chained to that tree, unable to escape the dangerous winds and flying debris. A massive tree came crashing down right beside him during the hurricane. Miraculously, Rocky survived. The director of The Mylo Foundation heard Rocky barking during the storm and rescued him as soon as it was safe to reach him. Rocky is now safe, but he still needs a forever home. ❤️ Despite everything he has been through, Rocky is incredibly sweet and loving. According to The Mylo Foundation, he is wonderful with children, gets along with other dogs, and even ignores cats! It breaks my heart to think about what this poor boy has endured, especially knowing how close he came to losing his life during the hurricane. Rocky deserves so much more than a life on a chain or in a boarding kennel.
