The Gaza Board of Peace is a disaster waiting to happen. Peace cannot be built through committees and political promises while an ideology that glorifies violence and rejects coexistence remains deeply entrenched. Until that changes, lasting peace will remain an illusion.

🔥IDF: Three Hamas terrorists, including a cell commander and a key weapons-production operative, eliminated in Gaza airstrikes. The terrorists were planning attacks on Israeli civilians and troops while rebuilding Hamas’ military capabilities in violation of the ceasefire.

⭕️ I have voted Republican my entire life. I have NEVER voted for a Democrat, and I voted for Donald Trump three times. But let me be absolutely clear: If JD Vance is the Republican nominee in 2028, I will NOT vote for him. Period. I cannot bring myself to vote for the Democratic Party either, so I will sit that election out. And I strongly suspect I won't be alone. Many Jewish and Zionist voters who supported Trump and the GOP may face the same decision. After October 7, the safety of Jews, the fight against antisemitism, and support for Israel are not negotiable issues for me. My loyalty to the Republican Party has its limits. My loyalty to the Jewish people does not. The GOP should never assume that decades of loyalty guarantee a vote in 2028 if Vance is the nominee.
🚨 VANCE DODGES QUESTION ABOUT HIS BUDDY TUCKER CARLSON Eddie Rubin, a Jewish father whose two children survived the March terrorist attack when a man rammed a truck into their preschool inside Temple Israel in Michigan, asked Vance whether he would confront Tucker Carlson over antisemitic statements that turn Jewish children into targets. Vance offered a general condemnation of antisemitism while avoiding Carlson by name. A father whose children survived terrorism deserved a direct answer. Vance chose to dodge.

Russia has repeatedly made a ceasefire conditional on Ukraine giving up territory, including land Russia hasn’t captured. That has been a major reason negotiations have failed. So if Mexico invaded the United States and, while the conflict was still ongoing, was willing to negotiate a ceasefire with the United States as long as it took back Texas and New Mexico, would that be okay with you?

Secretary of State Rubio says Ukraine currently lacks access to the U.S. military’s Starshield satellite service, but HAS requested it for deep strikes inside Russia. That hasn’t been approved yet. More, he denies Washington ordered restrictions on commercial Starlink.

Wise words for the US as well. Vote accordingly
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: "If you want to survive, prepare for war. If you want to prevent war, prepare for war. If you want to prevent your enemies from striking you, strike them when necessary."

I left the Democratic Party and became an Independent over a year ago. Watching its radicalization, I recognize what mainstream Republicans experienced when they felt their own party was being hijacked. That Republican shift began before Trump. The Tea Party helped pave the way for MAGA, and Trump seized on its anger and brought much of its following with him. Moderate Republicans faced growing pressure to fall in line. Immigration reform is a telling example. In 2013, a comprehensive bipartisan bill passed the Senate, but House Republican leaders, facing pressure from hard-line conservatives, never brought it to a vote. That refusal to compromise helped radicalize part of the Democratic Party too. Repeated failures to achieve meaningful change fed the demand for more radical politics. Neither party is excused for its choices. But what happened to one helped fuel what happened to the other—and our country is paying the price. Beyond the sadness, I feel America is being badly served. Leadership has broken down, and these divisions are fracturing the country. We deserve leaders who put America ahead of their party. Can we find some way to share common ground, again?

What do the Ukrainians think?
Replying to @Faytuks
Trump is showing his true colors. He is in awe of totalitarian dictators such as Putin. He fawns all over Putin. Trump is a transactional president who looks at whoever can butter his bread—the best. That's his guiding principle.

Great analysis from @FDD senior fellow Bernie Haykel, the best expert out there on Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia has the biggest economy in the Middle East, and one of the world's most expensive military arsenals. So why is it so vulnerable to attacks from the Houthis, the Yemeni rebel group? I asked Bernard Haykel, professor of Near Eastern studies at Princeton:

The IRGC has lost its mind.
Iran should launch major strikes against the United Arab Emirates, despite already attacking Bahrain and Kuwait in recent months, Ahmad Naderi, a member of parliament's presiding board, said Sunday. “We must strike, and we must strike hard,” Naderi said, according to Khaneh Eghtesad. Naderi argued that Iran should act less predictably to counter maritime and air blockades, warning that a land blockade could follow. Flights from the UAE should not be allowed to continue operating worldwide after restrictions were imposed on Iranian airspace, Naderi added.
