Price goes multiple deviations above average buy price in a bull run. In bear markets, it trends down. Every bear market, price has retested and gone below it.
This aligns with our sniper targets.
Assuming this is the #Bitcoin peak, and it doesn't mirror the previous cycle, expect different chart patterns.
However, some patterns may repeat:
- Price gets volatile at creates wicks at the peak
- Bearish divergence at the top
- Price retests the blue line
- Price retests the 5th target box
- Bullish divergence at the bottom

The discussion about the concept of the "World Computer" is not a recent development; it began as early as 2015. In this photo, captured at the Silicon Valley Ethereum Meetup on October 22nd, 2016, we see @dominic_w alongside @VitalikButerin, Vlad Zamfir, and Jae Kwon, key figures in blockchain development.
In 2015, Dominic stood as a lone heretic, largely isolated in his belief that creating a true World Computer blockchain was technically feasible. He envisioned a decentralized system capable of competing with centralized computing infrastructure. Drawing on his technical expertise and research in crypto theory, Dominic committed himself entirely to blockchain research to realize this vision. Initially, his goal was to advance Ethereum 2.0, but he ultimately shifted focus, abandoning Pebble to dedicate his efforts toward building the World Computer blockchain we now know as #ICP.
Failing to mention #ICP in any publication discussing the "World Computer" demonstrates either:
1) Poor research, or
2) Intentional omission.
