Just wrapped up this amazing launch video for @HyperFND.
The goal is to showcase the key features and how software can make your life easy.

A founder-led launch/Explainer video where the goal wasn’t just to make it look good, it was to make the product story easy to understand.
Founder footage + UI + motion graphics + product storytelling, all working together.
Building a product and need something similar?
A product demo should show the product doing the thing, not a character walking up to a laptop for eight seconds first. Get to the screen.
Most "cinematic" edits are just slow.
Real cinematic is the choices.
Not the color grade and the slow push-in on everything.
Most talking-head edits lose people around 45 seconds.
Usually because nothing's changed on screen since second five.
It's not the pacing of the talk, it's the stillness of the frame.
Worked on this launch/demo video for Riink.
Make the product feel as polished as the experience itself.
Clean UI animation, smooth transitions, kinetic typography, and a lot of attention to pacing and detail.
Half the motion in explainer videos is covering for a script that never got tight.
Animation can't fix a sentence carrying two ideas.
Cut the sentence, not the keyframes.

Product launch explainer for Ultra.io, an NFT marketplace redefining digital ownership.
Crypto is complex, so I focused on clean, purposeful motion to make the story instantly clear.

The brief always says "keep it punchy" and the footage is always eleven minutes.
Punchy isn't a filter you apply at the end.
It's things you don't shoot and things you cut.

Hey guys, recently did this reel using motion design.
Let me know what you guys think?
You can hide a rough cut under the right sound.
A hard transition stops feeling hard the second the audio carries across it.
People credit the visual. It's almost always the audio.
Watched a launch video today where the voiceover narrated everything already on screen.
If the words and the picture say the same thing, one of them is doing nothing.
Usually it's the words. cut them.

Can't watch anything anymore without recutting it in my head.
Someone's vlog, a trailer, a demo.
The good ones i stop noticing. That's the tell.
Just wrapped up this long-form edit for a client.
Talking head, B-roll, screen recordings, motion graphics, typography and a few subtle transitions to keep everything moving without overdoing it.
Would love to hear what you think 👀
Editing isn't adding. it's removing.
Here's what i actually cut from a talking-head edit, in order, before i touch a single transition.
5/ The pause after a point, if it runs long.
A beat, yes.
A hold, no.
The difference is about half a second and it's the whole game.
