We are in trouble here.
This is a 36,000 litre water tanker that’s been donated by Coca Cola to assist with the delivery of water to residents in Bronkhorstspruit and surrounding areas.
We welcome the support shown by private sector stakeholders as the City and Rand Water make headway to restore water supply through the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant.
The truck will be stationed at the Bronkhorstspruit Hospital, Cultura High School and Riamar Park Shopping Complex. @CocaCola_ZA @CityTshwane

MISSING: NOBESUTHU PRECIOUS MBUTHUMA, 42
Nobesuthu Precious Mbuthuma has been missing since Thursday, 7 May 2026, after she was last seen at Life Day Spa in Fourways, Johannesburg, where she worked as a housekeeper.
According to her niece, Thandolwethu Mbuthuma, Nobesuthu had recently learnt that she had secured a permanent position. She was reportedly among the employees responsible for closing the spa that day. Her exact departure time and subsequent movements remain unknown.
Her family has been searching for answers for more than five months and is appealing to anyone who may have seen her or has information about her whereabouts to come forward.

MISSING: KOKETSO MAETLE -LAST SEEN IN KRUGERSDORP IN MARCH 2023
Koketso Maetle, now 26, has been missing since March 2023, when he was last seen at Key West Mall in Krugersdorp, Gauteng.
His mother, Yvonne, continues appealing for information about his whereabouts, after years of unanswered questions.
Koketso was reportedly wearing black trousers and a black jacket. He is slim, of medium height, and had short hair when he disappeared.
Anyone who may have seen him or has information is urged to contact his mother, Yvonne, on 081 452 4338, or report it to the nearest SAPS station.
Please share this appeal. Any information could help reunite a mother with her son.

Undocumented Pakistani National Akilesh Gupta Arrested After Allegedly Running Over and Killing 53-Year-Old Policewoman Ennice Nortman at Lichtenburg Mall
Warrant Officer Ennice Nortman, 53, attached to North West Provincial Crime Intelligence in the Ngaka Modiri Molema District, died after being struck by a white SUV at Lichtenburg Mall along Dr Nelson Mandela Drive on Monday afternoon, 19 October 2026. Nortman was on duty when the incident occurred and was taken to hospital with serious injuries before dying later that evening.
The driver, 23-year-old undocumented Pakistani national Akilesh Gupta, was arrested following the incident. He appeared before the Lichtenburg Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 21 October, facing a murder charge, with further charges relating to an alleged contravention of immigration legislation also being investigated. He was remanded in custody until Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
CCTV footage circulating on social media appears to show Nortman walking towards a raised pedestrian crossing before the SUV accelerates and strikes her. The vehicle continues over a small island and collides with traffic cones and another vehicle. The driver then exits and begins walking away before being pursued. Police have urged the public not to share the footage, warning that it could compromise the investigation.
North West Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Arthur Peter Adams has expressed condolences following Nortman’s death, which comes after the separate fatal collision involving Constable Itumeleng Johannes Pule on 18 October. Gupta remains in custody, and the case is ongoing.

If your government wanted to fix the immigration issue, trust me after almost TWO years of Marching they would have… but instead they are introducing a BILL that they can use and manipulate to silence ppl by claiming that there was incitement everytime there’s public protests, they want everyone who is seen as a leader to be charged with a serious offence! Yet they can’t even curb SERIOUS CRIME???!!! The only people they consulted for this Bill is SAPS, NDPP and CSPS? 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏼♀️
On top of that the Somali Association is now taking our people to court in Bellville just because they demanded that street trading be reserved for South Africans?? They want people to be stopped from even marching in the area and must be left to just trade without interference… SOMALIS?‼️‼️ in our own country???
And now the same government is trying to say that Asylum Seekers must no longer be considered foreigners when looking for jobs but the same Asylum seeker process has now been wide open for illegal immigrants to manipulate while they continue to stay in the country and be “documented” as Asylum Seekers but once rejected the Department of Home Affairs can’t find them in order to deport them! So exactly where is this country going???

63 UNDOCUMENTED FOREIGN NATIONALS ARRESTED IN ILLEGAL MINING OPERATION
📍 West Village, Krugersdorp | Gauteng
The SANDF and SAPS arrested 63 undocumented foreign nationals during an intelligence-driven Operation PROSPER targeting illicit mining in West Village, Mogale City, on Monday, 19 October 2026.
Those arrested include 29 Mozambican, 23 Zimbabwean, eight Lesotho and one Malawian national.
Seizures included:
Three pistols and 31 rounds of ammunition.
60 phendukas used in illegal mining.
Gas cylinders and 40 steel balls.
Water gel explosives and Cordtex detonators.
Two shovels.
The operation was conducted by @SANDF_ZA Alpha and Bravo Companies of the Solomon Mahlangu Regiment in support of SAPS.
Authorities say operations will continue to combat illegal mining and related criminal activities in Gauteng.
