I've had a lot of new followers lately (thank you all SO much for your support)! So, I decided to make this little infographic to help y'all get to know me a bit better 😊

ALT Jess Shaut (She/her) Current project: Drafting a dual POV cozy horror/romance. Day Job: Stay at home mom to two crazy awesome ND kids! About Me: Writer, Hella ADHD, Chronically Ill, book lover, happily married 11 years, 2 kids, 3 animals. Page Disclaimer: I'm a bleeding heart liberal who believes trans rights are human rights, vaccines work, autism is NOT a disease, immigrants are welcome, and everyone should be afforded due process.
Long time no see!
Things have been CRAZY around here lately. Filled with end of school insanity, dance recitals, and a family trip to Dollywood. 😍
Miss all you lovely people!
Just got back from Paris early yesterday. The flights were rough, but I did it! The city was beautiful. And while I was sad to leave after such a short time, I’m glad to be home with my kiddos.
Just found out that I'll be going to Paris next month for a few days.
Friends who have been, what are the top must sees/dos? Any traveling tips?
Sorry to have been MIA again for so long, y’all.
Been struggling with some bad anxiety and found out it’s likely I have OCD recently. It’s been a lot.
But know I miss all of you!
Oldest wouldn’t get out of the car for school again today.
Youngest is home sick with a stomach thing.
Today has been a day 😩

Saying “be more productive!” To those who are struggling devalues human life.
It was awards day at school today.
My son won the COBRA award for his class (basically the student who does their best to go above and beyond)!
My daughter won the Library award for her class!
I'm one proud mama right now!

Apparently this is controversial, but everyone deserves food regardless of if they can work or not. No one deserves to starve.

My stories are important.
Just reminding myself... because the impostor syndrome is loud today. 🖤
