A week ago, @withplum closed my savings pocket and made me transfer my entire savings account to another pocket. Since then I haven’t been able to access my money. Plum keep telling me their technical team is “looking into it” but it still isn’t resolved, a week later. Shocking.

Easter, Ramadan and Passover overlap only three times per century - and it’s happening this week. London’s diversity is our greatest strength - and I wish Londoners of all faiths and none a peaceful and happy weekend. #Easter #Ramadan #Passover

I have had the most wonderful customer services experience from @ButternutBox this morning. Thank you to Marie, David and Zane in the customer services team. It’s so rare to receive care and kindness from a company these days and I’ve truly received it this morning #thankyou

The highlight of my day today was when I played the Star Wars ‘Throne Room’ music on Spotify and the progress bar at bottom was replaced by…. A lightsaber! #starwars #geek

Customer service in the Enfield branch of @AskNationwide was exemplary this morning. Greeted as I walked in, directed to the service I needed, everyone was kind, helpful and smiley. Lovely experience.
