Here’s my thought about how to make the WNBA go smoothly. Before each game, the refs get together and decide who is going to win, who is going to foul out and who will get a technical. Then, all their job is to make sure it happens as planned.
Do the TV announcers for the Rays know that there is a baseball game on? Last night they talked and talked and talked and talked about hot dogs. Today it’s hockey. In the mean time there really is a baseball game on.
I saw somewhere that a progressive activist wants the Declaration of Independence to be repealed or discarded in some way or other. This makes sense for those folks because they wish to destroy our country and rebuild it in their sick image. So, as did the communists from the past, they must destroy the past in an Orwellian way. They do not seek to rebuild. They seek to destroy.
I am watching that Lynx versus Liberty WNBA game. The refs are calling a very good and consistent game. Of course, Caitlin Clark isn’t in this game so the refs don’t have to be concerned about not noticing flagrant fouls or such.
Scam alerts. Here are a few signs that you are confronting a government impersonation scam. 1. Threats to cut off your benefits. 2. Demands for payments for services that are free. 3. You are told you need to verify your social security number. 4. You are told your personal information is used to commit crimes. 5. Demand for payments in gift cards, bitcoins, wire transfer.

Dear Author,
I have just set your book aside.
Why?
Because you insisted on using plural pronouns to describe one person.
Everybody else has normal ones.
This person is a "they" and "them."
I know why you did it.
But it sounds stupid.
And wrong.
And it is. Both.
Bye. 🙄

I never listen to anything that an actor says. They're narcissists, exhibitionists and mostly ignorant about everything other than pretending to be other people.

Some states don't require witnesses AND notarization 4 durable power of attorney 2 be used to convey title to #realproperty. #Florida DOES.
A reason for that is Florida law provides that in order to use a durable power of attorney to convey real property, the power must be executed with the same formalities of a deed (a conveying document.). Florida requires that to convey real property the deed must have two witnesses and be notarized.

I've been secretly Transing our toddler as a suprise for my husband's birthday but I've just found out he'd already had the same idea, so I've actualy accidentally detransed my child. I've reported myself to the Police and will be pushing for a custodial sentence.
