Anaconda = Tropic Thunder x Snakes on a Plane x Anaconda Had possibly one of the funniest scenes I’ve ever witnessed in a flick 😂

It’s easy to think of and communicate new ideas. It’s impossible to verbally convince someone of those ideas. It’s easier to bring those ideas into reality by building but it’s long, hard, and lonely. Yet, an idea well-executed, instantly convinces people to abandon the old.

After 50 iterations, Sora’s starting to “get it”. Not too shabby! Get the comic or the Wii U preservation on Steam, if ya’ like 👍 comic.swapfire.net steam.swapfire.net Thank you 🙏

As a builder of decentralized systems, I find this one to watch. I can’t express enough how narrow the gate is here. youtube.com/watch?v=dCdfRfgk…

Going any further in this direction is not correct. The system should always be built in service of all people. The people should always be in service to each other. Any attempt by the system to regulate the people through technocracy is a crash into the side of the narrow gate.

I’ll say this to @elonmusk and @Tesla, you’ve made an attempt but power in Tesla, the organization is too centralized in the design of your systems. I picked up a used Model X and wow, people can’t just use the car.

Hi all! Swap Fire is out on Steam, I talked it up here on X with the limited time I had for the past half-year. Now it’s time to move back off of social media and get back on Newcade, which was designed to be social media proof. If you like the sound of that, but a copy of Swap Fire 🔥 #Steam #SteamDeck #VideoGames swapfire.net

I’ve definitely felt this…
CHILLING 🤯 December 1994: A scientist discovered how to manipulate reality. 12 hours later, he vanished. His lab was emptied. His research - erased. His body - never found. Some say the CIA "disappeared" him. Some say his experiment failed. His final warning will haunt you:

Making old school 2D games is so much more fulfilling than making 3D games. The friction of creativity is insanely lower. Also, even as a kid in the 80’s I knew video games would eventually be photorealistic and I hated the idea of it. Yet, I spent my career making 3D games. Though they were never photorealistic, I just happened to enter the industry at the low point of 2D and the rise of 3D. Now, it’s time to get back to 2D and find the rest of the gameplay we left behind in pursuit of graphics and profits. #GameDev

I classify it as cool 😎
Really not even sure how to classify my game anymore. It's got Star Fox style on-rails segments, but now it also has some metroidvania-ish/Zelda dungeon-ish exploration. #gamedev #indiegame

Always enjoy figuring out whats been done with 3+ layer backgrounds on MD, part of the image on the right is using sprites for a layer, as the MD only has 2 background layers, my first thought is that the moon is a large sprite (multiple sprites). But looking at the mid layer wall been lower in a section than the GB version makes me wonder about that. Also its possible the forground layer from mid screen down is the sprites but that would be more work. High contrast does look gorgeous too !!
Ever wondered what Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow might look like on the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive? Well, check out this little demo I put together!

Sick!
Proof of concept for a 'floating road' sorta effect on Sega Genesis. Each road segment is made of 8 multiplexed sprites, so up to 256 sprites making up the road at times. #megadrive #SegaGenesis #IndieGameDev #indie #RETROGAMING #indiegames #gamedev
