This this this!!! I used to sell brand work wondering why SaaS founders weren't buying same skills, completely different customer once I changed who I was talking to, everything clicked
people saying apple homeview is “just an ipad on a speaker” and it’s literally the best lesson in business you’ll see this year: you can take one product and sell it to a totally different customer. - homeview: an ipad on a speaker, for grandparents and the kitchen counter - iphone: the computer for everyone - ipad: an iphone with a bigger screen, for kids, artists and couch scrollers - ipad mini: a smaller ipad, for readers and pilots macbook: an ipad with a keyboard, for people who work - apple watch: an iphone for your wrist, for runners and people who want fewer distractions -airpods: the iphone’s speaker, moved into your ears, for commuters - homepod: the iphone’s speaker for your living room - apple tv: the iphone’s apps on your tv, for families - vision pro: the iphone’s screen strapped to your face, for early adopters apple has been doing this for 20 years! same chips, same apps, same ecosystem. a different customer every time. unbundled or bundled. it works and has made them a trillion dollar company and one of the most valuable companies on earth.

lmaooo this is the real finish line still waiting for this day
I will consider “software solved” when I can join 3 zoom calls in a row without someone asking “can you hear me?”

What??? this actually hit me we're building so assistants talk to assistants... so maybe the customer really is their agent one day 👀 still not sure if I buy it fully tho
Did office hours yesterday with a very smart but nerdy founder. When I suggested he might want a more outgoing cofounder to do sales, he said he didn't, because most of his sales would be to agents. I had to admit he could be right.

lowkey my favourite part of what we're building: your assistant asks their assistant. Ben's assistant answers from Ben's actual work. Ben only gets pinged if it can't answer. less "is it done yet?" for everybody man ❤️

4 weeks from tomorrow, Boredroom goes live on Product Hunt 😅 grateful and a little scared. we move 🏌️‍♂️

This gives me so much hope man 🙏🏾 building software for teams in 2026 and the timeline keeps saying SaaS is dead 😅
The inbound I get from enterprise customers who want multi-year supply contracts and integrations tells me that software is very much not dead. Personal software won’t mesh with process-driven hierarchical businesses for a long old while.

be honest... how many times did you type "any update?" last week 😭 in Boredroom everybody gets their own AI assistant. mine is Brenda. if I want to know where Ben is on the landing page, Brenda asks Ben's assistant. nobody disturbs Ben we're done asking for updates fr 🏌️‍♂️

This hit. I've spent years as the guy who had to chase everything himself. Coaching > hovering. always.
Imagine building a team that is capable and depends on you less. You don't tell a team like this what to do. You coach. You facilitate ideas. You create direction and learn to get out of the way.

He cooked fr 🏌️‍♂️ when replies start feeling fun instead of like homework, you just don't stop
"How do you reply 100+ times a day?!" Because I'm obsessed with how SuperX feels to use. It makes replying way more fun.

Sometimes the best projects are the ones you build because you're bored 😂 Not every idea needs to be a SaaS.

Creator pay math is messy on purpose. The founders who treat distribution like a product feature win either program.

An evening loop that turns what worked into tomorrow's draft. Most founders skip the review. That's the whole game.
I made a little X coach using the new @bot X integration. Every evening, it checks how my posts did and what people are talking about in product, AI, bootstrapping, etc. It leaves a Todoist task with what worked, conversations I might want to join, and a few ideas to write about. Let’s see if it’s useful! 😊

Google just turned middle management into an endangered species. ⚠️ No more micro-managing workflows. No more writing 10-page prompt instructions. Google Cloud just launched "Gemini Agent"—a universal AI coworker that takes high-level objectives and executes entire enterprise jobs completely on autopilot. You don't give it step-by-step prompts anymore. You give it an outcome, and come back to finished work. Here is why enterprise software and traditional corporate jobs just got turned upside down: • Objectives Over Instructions: Forget line-by-line prompt engineering. You tell Gemini "Research Q3 competitor trends, build a financial model in Sheets, and generate a client pitch deck"—and it executes the full cross-app pipeline without you re-explaining the project at each step. • AI Coworkers With Real Company Emails: This isn't just a sidebar chatbot. You can deploy a "Coworker Agent" that gets its own official company email address, Google Calendar, Drive storage, and corporate directory listing. You @mention it in Chat or tag it in Docs just like a human employee, and it works under its own identity. • Proactive Inbox Delegation: When your manager emails asking for a project update as a slide deck, Workspace Intelligence recognizes the request and gives you a single-click button: "Delegate to Gemini." It generates the deck and drafts the response while you focus on actual strategy. • Tri-Fold Cognitive Memory System: Operates on Semantic memory (a structured knowledge base built from docs and chats), Procedural memory (how jobs get done, complete with skills it writes for itself), and Episodic memory (a complete history of everything it’s executed). • Zero-Token Repeat Query Execution: Once Gemini constructs an operational reporting workflow with BigQuery, it saves the query logic natively—allowing teams to run reports on demand without incurring ongoing token costs. The era of hiring multiple specialists just to move data around between Docs, Sheets, and Slides is officially dead. You either learn how to manage an army of AI coworkers today, or your company gets out-executed by a 3-person team running 50 of them tomorrow.

AI coworkers with email and calendar aren't the story. Clear ownership between humans and agents is.
JUST IN: Google Cloud launches Gemini Agent, allowing companies to create AI “coworkers” with their own email, calendar, Google Drive, and company directory profile.
