This week, USS Constitution Sailors were honored to help lay to rest Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman Harry L. Chandler, who passed away at the age of 103. Chandler was a veteran of World War II and a survivor of the December 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor.
