I’m done with that. Here’s the truth this pack knows Oregon doesn’t have a money problem. We have a leadership problem. Our state budget is up more than 40% in ten years. Your paycheck? Not even close. If throwing money at problems worked, we’d have zero potholes on I-5, every kid reading at grade level, and no camps on our sidewalks from Portland to Medford. But we don’t. Because you can’t tax your way out of bad decisions. A new governor means a new hunt. It means tracking every wasted dollar before asking you for one more dime. It means managing our forests so we prevent megafires, not just pay to fight them after the whole hillside’s gone. It means cutting the red tape choking small businesses in Bend, Klamath Falls, and Astoria, so we grow the pack instead of shrinking it with fees and taxes. Look at Idaho. Look at Nevada. They’re balancing budgets and cutting taxes while their economies grow. If they can run with the wolves, why is Oregon still chained to the porch? So here’s the howl We are Oregonians.
