New Draft Comes to Jennings Clean Farm- Meet Cochise! He is a Percheron Draft, standing at 17.2 hands. He needs to fill out and is a little light from shipping, but should weigh about 1800lbs. He is really nice, independent and seems to love pulling a wagon- at least it is easier than field work! I have been reading one chapter of the Bible every day. I try to think about it throughout my day, but days can be grinding, taking away the potency of my study. By the end of the day I struggle with remembering sometimes. I started putting them into images and making that my phone’s wallpaper. It has kept each chapter front and center! Also, these are as biblically accurate as AI will let me go. Some things are just not allowed. #Bible #Psalms

Regarding Cattle Farms- There are a lot of experts on right now. Most are wrong. 1- Trump’s last post says he is going to allow us “TO PROCESS OUR OWN FOOD.” We can already do that! Thanks for nothing. We can process for you too, if you want to buy the cattle pre-slaughter. 2- No one I know actually processes their own cattle in their back yard. We send to a local processor, that is not USDA. They are legit small businesses who have proper process and humane kill practices. Cattle are respected, less stressed and cleanly processed. Yes, some of them raise their own cows, but the main business is slaughtering and butchering. 3- If I did actually did my own, I would only do it in the late fall and winter when the temperatures are below 37. Fly population is gone and mean degrades much slower at proper temperatures. 4- I would butcher and final process in our commercial kitchen. Inspected by the County Health Department and under local scrutiny. 5- Most of us have been deer hunting since childhood and that is totally relatable. These yahoos on here saying any of us just take a cow to a dirty fly-ridden shed on a 95 degree day are ridiculous. We provide for ourselves, our friends, our family and neighbors. We are not some anonymous company who you will never see or meet. My ultimate point here- let us process and sell individual cuts and pounds of meat post process, verses live. We already do the whole thing. The clean system is set. We need nothing new, just some common sense laws.

Since NJ has made Full Spectrum products illegal here, this is a testing year for us. These plant will probably be destroyed. So, any constructive criticisms are totally welcome. What do you see that I don't in these photos? We have two varieties of photos that look beautiful and healthy. The first photo is Cherry Wine. It is still in the vegetative stage. I am thinking we are going to really come up against frost by peak harvest time. The second one is another photo, about 7' tall. Looks really healthy and flowering well. Not as nervous about that one. We only use all natural fertilizers and attract apex predators instead of utilizing insecticides. We trade off a little yield, for a pure approach. Anyway, US Patent 6,630,507, although expired, was legitimately held by the US. Because it is expired does not make it less valid. Patents have expiration dates. And, yes, it "literally" mentions CBD. "What 6,630,507 actually said about CBD.
