Me: Dead ants next to the headphones. Again.
Friend: You left crumbs.
Me: I wiped the desk. I moved the cups.
Friend: Then it’s the headphones.
Me: They keep choosing that ear cup.
Overnight. Same spot.
Friend: Throw them out.
Me: Something is living in there and commuting out to die.
Do you bin the headphones the first morning, or do you keep wiping the bodies and calling it unlucky?

ME - AYESHA: My dad passed away 3 weeks after Eid.
I was still sorting his things when my phone rang.
BANK REP - FAISAL: “Assalamualaikum. This is Habib Metro. We’re calling about the outstanding balance on your father’s credit card.”
AYESHA: “My father died.”
FAISAL: pause “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. Yes, we have that on file.
But as his eldest daughter, the liability transfers to you.”My stomach dropped. For 2 seconds I actually thought: Do I have to pay this?
AYESHA: “Can you send me the agreement where I signed as a guarantor for his card?”
FAISAL: “We don’t have a co-signer on file.”

I’ve observed something recently.
Why is it that some vendors, Bolt guys, etc. like to hike their prices whenever they see a guy and a lady together and the guy is the one paying?
They feel like because the guy is with a lady, he won’t want to bargain too much and will just go ahead and pay. 😂
Well, sorry to disappoint you. If you see me with a guy and decide to hike the price because you think he’ll want to impress, I’m telling him, “Let’s leave.” Whether he’s willing to pay the amount or not.

I planned a girls’ trip for six months.
Flights booked.
Hotel booked.
Itinerary planned.
Two weeks before we left, one friend texted:
Can my boyfriend come?
Me: We booked everything already.
Friend: He can share my room.
Me: That’s not the issue.
Friend: Then what’s the issue?
Me: Nobody else agreed to bring partners.
Friend: But it’s just one person.
Me: Exactly.
Friend: You’re making this complicated.
Me: No.

It's like the asphalt layer was run over by a truck...
It's very funny.
REACHER
Reacher works because it understands exactly what kind of character Jack Reacher needs to be.
He isn’t a traditional hero.
He doesn’t care about looking heroic, following protocol, or impressing anyone. He walks into a town, notices something doesn’t add up, and refuses to leave until he figures out what’s really happening.
And honestly, that’s why I love this show.
There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching Reacher walk into a situation where everyone else thinks they’re in control, quietly figure out what’s really going on, and then dismantle the entire operation.
He isn’t necessarily the smartest person in every room. But he’s observant, patient, confident, and absolutely relentless once he knows someone is lying.
And underneath all the muscle is a very simple moral code:
If you hurt innocent people, Reacher is coming for you.
Seasons 1 through 3 kept that formula in small towns and rural settings like Margrave and Maine. Places where one drifter can quietly take over the entire story.
Season 4 changes that completely.
Reacher is heading to Philadelphia, adapting Gone Tomorrow, and it opens with a subway encounter that spirals into a conspiracy involving a missing USB drive and undercover operatives.
That’s a really interesting change for the show because Reacher’s whole identity is built around being the outsider who walks into a closed system and dismantles it.
A city like Philadelphia doesn’t work the same way.
There are too many moving parts. Too many people. Too many strangers who can disappear into the crowd.
And I’m excited to see whether the show can make that work without losing what makes Reacher so good.
Alan Ritchson called Season 4 the best season yet before it aired, and Amazon had already confirmed Season 5 months before Season 4 premiered.
So clearly, they believe in where this is going.

Some days in life may not go the way we planned. You may feel tired disappointed or unsure about what tomorrow will bring. But always remember that every new day is another chance to start again to learn from yesterday, and to become a stronger version of yourself. Don’t let one bad moment make you believe that your whole life is bad. Beautiful things take time, and sometimes the best chapters of our lives begin after the most difficult moments. Keep believing in yourself, keep moving forward, and trust that one day you will look back and realize why everything had to happen the way it did
Who agree with me?
