My dad went to the bars for his class reunion last night, only at bar close, he couldn’t figure out how to call an Uber so he walked 4 miles home.

It's crazy to see how much my life has pivoted in just a few short years. I've been so blessed to have supportive parents, a boyfriend who pushes me, and the best of friends. Never did I think I was capable of a medical school acceptance, my younger self would have been so proud.

Yesterday Chad and I saved a dog from a horrible neglect situation. On the way home, I saw two more stray dogs. On our walk, I saw a hurt bird. While taking Ruby out potty, saw another dead bird. Ruby woke up last night vomiting bright red blood. What is happening
