Thank you @AP_Besler for providing us with the opportunity to read and unpack this book through a book study over the past few months! 📚 It’s great to work with such fanatic colleagues at @helenfortschool !🐝
Just another day of remote teaching. 😊 Demo for Boyle’s Law and brainstorming of materials that may act similar to marshmallows. Unfortunately we couldn’t try out the squishie, I’d have two sad kids! Haha!
A student asked me if I knew Cheerios were magnetic. I said “No way!” then had to test it. Turns out they have enough iron to make them magnetic!

More than anything else, teachers want their students to be successful. And right now, many students are struggling, despite the best efforts of teachers. I know this thing is hard on students...but it is also taking an emotional toll on teachers who are desperate to help them.
Thank you for the awareness you are bringing to this rare disease @IAMQUEENLATIFAH My 10 year old daughter has Scleroderma with ILD. ❤️ Just seeing the preview for the segment has me crying. Thank you @boehringerus for the research and sponsorship to spread the word.
#Sponsored: It means a lot to me to collaborate with @Boehringerus on #BeyondBreathless, a new documentary that tells the story of those living with or impacted by #interstitiallungdisease (#ILD), the disease that affected my mom. Tune in to @AETV on Dec. 5 at 12 p.m. ET.
From 8th grade to 8 years old, it’s more effective to learn by doing! Finally felt like a real science teacher again doing experiments with my students, even from home! A parent came on the google meet to thank me for having his daughter experiment. His comment was v.appreciated!

Great quote from an iconic movie. The message rings true as I think about my kids and how quickly they’ve grown up. @calm @second2arrow @TeacherFit_ #Namaste 🙏
