@UPS is just a terrible service now. I had a package that requires a signature attempt delivery last Saturday and I was not home. Fine. Next delivery scheduled for Monday. I stayed home all day and it never came. 2nd delivery attempt Tuesday and I was at work.
When I checked tracking yesterday it said delivery was scheduled for Monday. I called customer service. They said they would contact the local office and arrange for delivery to a pickup point and would call me right back with details. No call ever came.

Do not use @HRBlock for anything. When they changed to a web based software system this year they completely screwed up filing my state and city taxes by not including the proper forms and not even paying the balance on my state taxes. This cost me late fees. Garbage business

Hard for me to support someone with no values, lies, cheats, rapes, demeans women, hates immigrants like me.
