100%. It was destination and appointment viewing. This is mostly meh !
Maybe I’m just old school, but I hate the new Champions League format.
The old group stage... home and away vs the same 3 teams... built some actual rivalry, especially if you got drawn with the same team in back-to-back years. You learned the matchups, you dreaded the away trip, you circled the “must win” spots.
Now it just feels so random. You get an epic match between two teams and you can't look forward to another one. 24 of 36 teams moving on from the Group Stage feels like you can still get rewarded for playing like trash. I'm not a fan.

My name is Rodney Smith Jr., and for the past 18 days I’ve been traveling to all 50 states mowing lawns for veterans, active-duty service members, Gold Star families, and widows of veterans. This mission is part of my 50-State Mowing Tour — done to honor those who served our country and highlight the importance of taking care of them.
This weekend I’ll be wrapping up in Florida, and by Monday I’m hoping to fly to Alaska and Hawaii to complete the final stops of this journey for a military family in each state.
I was wondering if by chance you might have one extra seat available on a flight to Alaska and Hawaii to help me finish this mission strong. Your support would mean the world not only to me, but to the families we are serving.

As founder of a nonprofit with 6,000+ kids mowing FREE lawns for the elderly, disabled, single parents & veterans nationwide, I’d be honored to bring my USA Flag Mower to mow at the Arlington National Cemetery where veterans rest.
I’m currently in the New England area heading down the East Coast before Florida, then Alaska. Thank you for your consideration.

This is an easy decision for me. It’s low risk with potential high reward if we give Ange Year 3. Worst case we waste 1 year. Or this could be the start of a long term cultural transformation and upward trend. Easy choice. #COYS
Not a lot of downside giving Ange a Year 3 (1 year wasted) but the upside is huge if he truly has transformed the culture and started a really good thing. #AngeIn
