One day, kids will study Donald Trump, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Vladimir Putin the same way we studied Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, and Mao Zedong.
Messages of solidarity need to convert into ACTIONS of solidarity!
Ukraine is the only victim standing up against the tyrannical bully russia, all while russia’s other victims (there are many! - “hybrid” 🤦🏼♂️) shout support from the side. Not a single punch thrown to help Ukraine

Found it very well put 👇
By Volodymyr Kukharenko:
“Many people still confuse medieval Rus’ (Ruthenia) and modern russia, but they are not the same, neither historically, politically, nor culturally.
Rus’ (also known as Kyivan Rus' or Ruthenia) was the name of the ancient state founded in Kyiv in the 9th century by a Scandinavian dynasty of Rurikids (Igor and Olga (Ingvarr and Helga in Old Norse) were the founding couple). It was one of the most developed European powers of its time, a Christianized, literate, and trade-rich civilization that connected Byzantium with Northern Europe. In 1100, Kyiv was 4th largest city in Europe, times bigger than Paris or London.
Moscow, on the other hand, didn’t even exist until 1147, more than two centuries after Kyiv was already a flourishing capital. Its founder, Yuri Dolgorukiy, was a descendant of Kyivan rulers, and his grave is in Kyiv, not Moscow. You can literally visit it today. So Moskow was late colony of Rus', and that was the place where Kyiv royalty sent their least important members to rule, as it was kinda wild place by the standards of their time.
For hundreds of years, the territory around Moscow was known as Moskovia (Muscovy). It had a very different history and political trajectory. After being taken by Mongols in 1237, Muscovy was a vassal of the Golden Horde and later of the Crimean Khanate for over 450 years, paying tribute and adopting much of the political culture, administrative style, and even vocabulary from its steppe overlords.
Only in the early 1700s, during the reign of Peter I, did Muscovy rename itself the “Russian Empire”, deliberately appropriating the name Rus’ and its history to create the illusion of continuity. This was a political rebranding, not a historical fact.
So there is no direct political ancestry of modern Russia from Kyivan Rus’. Moskow was a colony of Rus controlled for just 90 years, then they were under a different rule for over 4 centuries. If anything, its governance, autocracy, and imperial expansion are closer to the legacy of the Golden Horde than to the democratic traditions and European orientation of ancient Rus’.
The truth is simple but important:
👉 Kyiv, not Moscow, is the cradle of Eastern Slavic civilization.
👉 Ukraine, not russia, is the rightful heir of Rus’.
And stealing that heritage is one of the reasons of this war. That's why putin talks about his version of history so much. Our very existence debunks his narratives.”

You know, I have never really expressed an opinion on Palestine. Frankly, I don’t consider it my fight, just as Ukraine is not your fight.
But the hostility directed at Ukrainians by some pro-Palestinian voices has become completely unreasonable. What exactly are you jealous of? Our army? Our people’s resilience? Or perhaps the fact that Ukraine is fighting a foreign invasion?
What exactly do you want from us?
Even while our own country was bleeding, Ukraine continued to help others. We have sent food aid to Palestine through the Grain from Ukraine initiative, even as we struggled to survive a devastating war ourselves. We have also maintained diplomatic relations with Palestine for decades.
We have done nothing to deserve this hatred. Yet some people seem perfectly comfortable attacking Ukrainians, dismissing our suffering, and demanding our solidarity while showing us none in return.
Perhaps it is time to ask some difficult questions of your own leadership and armed groups. Why do Palestinian civilians continue to pay such a devastating price for the actions of those who claim to represent them? What responsibility do armed groups bear for operating among civilian populations and for the decisions that put those civilians at risk?
These are legitimate questions, and asking them does not mean denying Palestinian civilians their rights or ignoring their suffering.
The problem is not Ukraine. It is not Europe, and it is not even the United States alone.
You cannot demand that the world listen to your suffering while refusing to acknowledge anyone else’s. Solidarity cannot be a one-way street, and compassion cannot depend on whose side you are on.
trump thinks that he can bully Ukraine into submission. Has he learnt nothing from his boyfriend putin?

So we’re livestreaming military executions now?
American soldiers shooting a man in a wheelchair for the whole world to watch?
What in the blood-spattered, bread-and-circuses bullshit are we doing?
Nidal Hasan murdered thirteen people. He deserves punishment.
I’ve been to Fort Hood many times in my life. I stand with the families who lost someone they loved that horrific day, who have spent every day since living with an absence nobody can fill.
Their loved ones deserved to come home. Their families deserve our support. Turning the man who took them into the star of a worldwide broadcast is a grotesque way to dishonor everything he stole.
Because he WANTED martyrdom, and Pete Hegseth, our secretary of day drunkenness, is gift-wrapping it with a camera crew.
Hegseth looked so excited discussing it with Pizzagate Posobiec, you’d think he’d been invited to a wedding with an open bar and a complimentary Nazi tattoo station instead of a photo booth.
This Pentagon pick-me prick is handing terrorist cells a propaganda bonanza. They can erase Hasan’s atrocities, sanctify his death and circulate those images for decades. That endangers my kids, your kids and our troops, because violent extremists LIVE for this shit.
And what are our children supposed to learn watching Hegseth impersonate Jesus one day and salivate over public slaughter the next?
Where in the Bible does it say, “And then Jesus said, ‘Get a second camera on the bloodlust’”?
Paul wrote, “If your enemy is hungry, feed him.” “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
How did you get “livestream the headshot” out of THAT, you sanctimonious, scripture-spouting salesman for state-sponsored sadism?
And by the way, isn’t this what they do in IRAN? You know, Iran—the brutal, murderous regime our tin-pot tyrant told us we were going to war to help overthrow?
You know who else does this shit? Afghanistan. Twenty years fighting the Taliban, and we’ve decided their public-execution program needed an American distributor?
We’ve started borrowing the brutality we claimed to be fighting.
This is sick. This is depraved. Hitler had executions filmed. North Korea assembles crowds to watch the state kill. And now the Pentagon wants a worldwide audience.
These were supposed to be the chapters in the history book that made us recoil. We weren’t supposed to finish reading and ask who owns the streaming rights.
Back in 1936, an estimated twenty thousand people gathered around the gallows to watch Rainey Bethea hang in Kentucky. That grotesque gathering became a national scandal that helped end public executions there.
Ninety years later, these sociopathic showboats want to bring the whole planet to the gallows.
But why stop at bullets? Why not stoning? Burning at the stake? The William Wallace treatment—hanged, disembowelled, beheaded and quartered?
Why not build your endcap emperor a Colosseum, Coors Light Callistus? His name in big gold letters. There’s a perfectly good spot where the Washington Monument is. Tear that shit down. What’s it doing? Remembering somebody ELSE?
Make it pay-per-view: free Trump coin with every subscription, commemorative Snuggie with the premium bloodbath package. Spectators can pay extra for seats in the splash zone.
We’re in a literal war with the world’s greatest sponsor of global terror, and all they want to do is exact retribution for the little girls we killed.
We can’t afford gas, groceries or healthcare, measles is making a comeback like Tiffany on a Long Island VFW tour, and THIS is what our government is producing.
How does this make us safer? Stronger? How does this psychopathic pageant honor thirteen murdered human beings?
Their deaths are being used to advertise his.
It’s barbaric. It’s fucking insane. This is not justice. This is fascism.
This is the Temu Taliban with bald eagles, a military band playing “YMCA” in the background, and better fucking lighting.

KYIV OF MINE is an unfolding story captured over many years: the story of a city of dreams and a people of hope before, during, and after russia’s full-scale invasion.
It was a brutal winter, and another cold season is already on the horizon.
More than four years into the full-scale invasion, the war has left its mark. In this fourth chapter of KYIV OF MINE, we return to the people living through it and to the traumatic ways life, hope and resilience have changed.
The hopes people held two years ago haven’t arrived. The reality now is a different one, even as the streets and faces stay the same. Alarms, missiles, interceptions, drones: this has become the rhythm people live inside.
KYIV OF MINE is brought to life by a South African & Ukrainian team spanning production, filmmaking and journalism, all working with one shared commitment: telling Ukraine’s story with honesty and depth.

As a foreigner, the opportunity to volunteer in Ukraine or serve in its military is a privilege. The focus must be on the Ukrainian people. Richard makes it about himself. I should also point out some other things he does that hurt the cause you may not be aware of.
First, he put funding to Ukraine at risk. I privately reached out to him about the behavior in question, and with no response, he blocked me.
More specifically, he was posting photos of himself as a civilian, not in uniform, firing American weapons and wasting American ammo, according to him at Russian positions. Guess what? That makes him an unlawful combatant under the Geneva convention.
Now perhaps he was exaggerating in his post, but by its plain language, it was incredibly problematic. And this was occurring at the same time that Marjorie Taylor Greene and others were arguing that Ukraine is corrupt and filled with mercenaries who were wasting American taxpayer dollars and ammunition.
It was in the midst of trying to get an additional Aid package for Ukraine. Can you imagine what would’ve happened had MAGA gotten a hold of that? Now this was years ago and the behavior has not repeated itself as far as I’m aware. But if Ukraine is saying it’s low on ammunition and you have a foreigner doing legally dubious stuff wasting it that’s a massive fucking problem.
Second, he is a golden goose for those that pedal anti-Ukraine propaganda. Do you know how many times I have been told that the only reason I joined the military in Ukraine is because I’m a mercenary doing it for money? The reality is under article 47 of the Geneva convention no foreign volunteer under contract is a mercenary. The reality is I spent probably $20k in net personal funds to travel to and from Ukraine by equipment and serve.
But guess what? When someone like Richard leaves a platform due to monetization issues and immediately requests in loudly departing that people “support him” with a Patreon link, that falls right into the Russian propaganda narrative that it’s all about money for these foreigners and that they don’t believe in freedom for Ukraine.
Frankly, I resent the fact that someone provides ammunition to those working against Ukraine to make it look like me and other volunteers are in it for the money. Not because of any action of mine, but because me and these other volunteers, including many heroic people who died or were grievously wounded, get lump in with these jerkoffs who depart Twitter while posting a Patreon link.
The first rule of volunteering, whether in the military or as a civilian, is do no harm.
Third, I am unaware of any of Richard‘s fundraising efforts or what information he’s provided regarding that. I can’t say one word or the other anything about that. I will do that to others.
But what happened with the Ukrainian charity that was providing food and how he took their social media presence to elevate himself is disgraceful. And you know what? If you’re someone who gives money or supports Ukraine that is deeply appreciated.
But please try to exercise some discretion in where you put your time, attention, or money. This is a David versus Goliath situation. Do no harm. Glory to Ukraine. Glory to the heroes. This is the focal point mankind’s future. If we fail here, this world will be plunged into centuries of abyss. We cannot lose.
And we cannot let individual personalities reign over the greater cause.
