Plug it into an empty USB slot on the back of your TV. The Bank will charge up whilst you watch TV with 0 impact, then depending on the size of your bank enjoy the next 5+ days charging your phone without a plug-in charger.
In addition. If like me, for safety you leave a light on your landing all night. Get a couple of these. Charge them up during the day, off the TV's USB slot or your laptop if WFH. Pop them up on the wall and your landing will be illuminated when you need it.
