My wife Carla is in the ICU after a serious hemorrhage to the back of her brain, which caused a blood clot building pressure in the brain fluids, and we’re facing ongoing medical costs without insurance. She’s unresponsive, and the family is doing everything we can to support her recovery. If you’re able, please share or donate to help cover her urgent care and give her the best chance to heal. Update: Carla is still at the hospital, and has been able to open one of her eyes and look at us, shrug her shoulders a few times, wiggled her toes, and stick her tongue out a few times. Her right eye was swollen, but it's getting better. But Carla lies in bed and is not able to move. The doctors placed a tracheostomy tube below her neck for her to breathe with an oxygen line and a feeding tube in her stomach. Every bit of support makes a difference during this difficult time. Thank you for your support and prayers. gofund.me/3c5e4794e

Sunday, October 11, 2026 Carla was discharged this past Monday, September 28, 2026, but she is still not able to stand up on her own. Unfortunately, just before we were being sent home, they told us that the home health care company will not accept us; they said they are at capacity. During the week, we tried to get other health care companies to take Carla, but they were also at capacity. At least this is what we are told. We’re now home on our own, no skilled nursing, no physical therapy, no speech therapy, no wound care, and so on… I’m trying to figure out how much insulin to give, when to give it, when to give the blood pressure medicine and when not to give it, and so on. We gave it all to Jesus and Our Loving Mother in prayer. But by the grace of God, one of our Nurse friends helped us, and I am able to ask questions when needed. After a few days, we were able to obtain services from Carla’s original wound care and she will be coming at our house to treat the bed sore wound. We still have not been able to find a physical therapy person, which is needed. But Carla is exercising daily, getting up daily into the wheelchair, using the toilet, and practicing standing up. We have added ankle weights to her exercise routines. Unfortunately, all of these services we are paying out of pocket and every other supplies and equipment that we need to take care of Carla at home, and the supplies are going fast and it’s all very expensive. But having Carla at home is worth it, and she is more at ease and getting more of her strength. With a stand-up lift, where we pull Carla up and she also pulls herself up at the same time, she has been able to use the bathroom for the first time in over 6 1/2 months. She is sitting more in her wheelchair too. She has done more here at home than was being done at this last facility. Please continue your prayers, and we appreciate all of your support.

Dear friends, during some recent medical examinations, the doctors found a small, localized nodule in my lung. It was detected at a very early stage and is well-localized. The doctors believe that it is best to intervene, so, following their advice, I have decided to undergo surgery to remove it. The operation is already scheduled to take place in the coming days. I thank you for your spiritual closeness and entrust myself to your prayers.

Carla is continuing her progress, and she is attempting to get better and trying her best to get up and stand, but she is still bedridden and not there yet. Carla has been getting occupational and physical therapy and making improvements. The wound doctor said her bed sore is deep but it’s getting better. He said it can take months to heal. But as Carla can start moving around more, this will make it easier to heal. The lung doctor came by; he said that the breathing was good and that she has a good heartbeat. This morning, they did a swallow test with Carla eating ice chips and vanilla pudding. The doctor said they are now waiting for the test results to make sure everything she swallowed, no particles went into the lungs. Carla is constantly more awake and talking, but we are trying to read her lips, and it’s tough. We want to answer all of her questions. We also need prayers for the successful removal of the tracheotomy and feeding tube, and there is blood in the urine, and for her deep bed sore wound to heal. Carla has been making great progress over the last few days. She is continuing to get more and more motion and better control. Physical and Occupational therapy have been working her well with several exercises, and she is now sitting up in a jerry chair multiple times a day. Carla is now also able to eat real food every day, as they are weaning her off the feeding tube. The other big news is that they will now begin the process of taking off the tracheotomy, where they will start the process of placing a cap on the tracheotomy over time. Please continue to support her with your prayers and contributions; they are greatly appreciated.

My wife is making progress, she is still bedridden with a tracheotomy tube and a feeding tube. She is still not able to help herself. But, she is making great progress, she is now more awake during the day, has been taking, but hard to hear because of the tracheotomy tube. She is on track for the next step before they can remove the tracheotomy tube, which is awesome. She is also doing better with occupational and physical therapy. Great news is that there were no brain damage, and we are looking forward to a full recovery and bringing her home. Thank you so much.

My wife Carla collapsed and became unresponsive over a week ago. She was struggling to breathe, and her lips began turning blue. The local hospital ambulance arrived on time to stabilize her. At the hospital, I learned that a cluster of arteries blasted blood into the back of her brain, the cerebellum area, where the brain fluid is. Carla needed to be moved to a hospital farther away. Currently, she is in the ICU, unresponsive, with a breathing and feeding tube via the throat. While the cluster is not bleeding, the remaining blood has clotted, preventing her brain fluid from flowing normally. They started a brain-fluid drainage process that also drains the remaining blood from the back of the head. The remaining blood clot will take a while to dissolve and drain completely, as there is a large amount of blood left over. She is not eligible for an operation to remove the blood clot because it’s too dangerous. The clot is currently creating pressure and affecting her consciousness and motor skills. The doctor says he does not know when Carla will wake up. They are planning to do a tracheotomy to place a breathing tube below her vocal cords and place a feeding tube in her stomach until she wakes up and recovers. She has been in the hospital for over a week and is still unresponsive. We do not have insurance, and I have been struggling to get a job programming, because of this, my income is in the red. We cannot pay for all the procedures and operations. I hope this describes the situation for my wife. Your support and prayers for her full, speedy recovery are greatly appreciated by the whole family.

I want to build a sub agent that you will use for all research activities. Every morning at 8 a.m., please have the sub agent search the web to find trending news about AI and vibe coding and AI agents. Also, please put them in our AI agent org chart in mission control. Please use Quen 3.5 for this sub agent.

Based on what you know about me, my goals, and my workflows, what would be some good sub agents we can spin up and assign?
