Professional baseball is hard. Travel, fatigue, failure, releases, trades, demotions, and injuries are not optional. Finding a reason to be grateful everyday is a must. Without it, you become susceptible to bitterness, which doesn’t help you play well. Gratitude is an advantage.

Love this. Mentions change up being the hardest pitch to recognize early in season. Also has an amazing 2 strike approach where he chokes up & battles. W/ 2, I always felt looking FB away & adjusting works best. It’s nice to see somebody in MLB battle their ass off w/ 2 strikes.
