U.S. banning oil actually helps Russia by driving up the price allowing them to sell at a higher price elsewhere. Germany may not like a ban but would support the idea of a cap. This scheme hurts Russia & actually helps the United States & its allies!

Never let a crisis go to waste! US should CAP price on Russian oil, not ban it. Call it illegal windfall profits caused by war Russia created. Start at 100 dollars a barrel & continue to lower as the price of oil FALLS. U.S. banning oil actually helps Russia!
