I HATE Jerky. Despise it. Don’t like the texture or usually the taste. Last night I was given a sample bag of @Jerkyboys_jerky. I’ve heard @DaleJr talk about it and call it the best. So I tried it, and I’m convinced. It’s freaking awesome. Will definitely be stocking up.

39 years ago I ate my first ever Chicken “finger” at a little place in Auburn, Alabama called @GuthriesChicken. It was a staple in my diet for 4 years. I have judged every chicken tender I’ve eaten since then off of the Guthrie’s chicken. Last night I was driving from a conference to my @vrbo in Raleigh and saw a Guthries. What???? It can’t be the same place. Checked it out online and yep. One and the same. So I ate there for lunch today. Man, I was transported back to being 18 and eating there for the first time. Then found out there is a Guthries about 30 minutes from where I live. That could be bad!! It’s not good for my diet! But I will definitely eat there on a cheat day.

The @Publix on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte/Mint Hill has ticked me off for the last time. I’m tired of being ignored while trying to get deli meats, seafood or 5 flipping chicken wings. It’s constant that they ignore people and stand around laughing and joking with their coworkers. Last time I ever step foot in a Publix. I’m sure they will not miss me or my money, but the store management and customer service doesn’t care, so I thought I would share here. I’m sure people here won’t care either, but at least I got my frustrations vocalized and can move on with life.
