Investors like Paul want the immigration debate to be strictly polar because it is the only way their traitorous ideas might seem reasonable. They paint one side as racist, backwards, economically illiterate absolutists and the other as enlightened, growth-minded cosmopolitian realists. Support for laws that protect American citizens can be dismissed as uneducated, anyone who hires immigrants or foreigners in any capacity a hypocrite. American law should, and does, advantage American citizens. We should not have to compete on an even playing field with billions of people who almost universally don't share our values or respect our institutions, even if they are "the most qualified" or willing to work double the hours for the same wages. The men running Operation Paperclip did not think Americans should have to compete with the entire Third World, they understood that a carefully controlled amount of highly-skilled expert immigration is net good for America even when allegience is in question. It is worth noting that even on a purely economic level, ignoring all burdens of loyalty or allegiance to your countrymen and treating America as nothing but an economic activity zone, it still doesn't make sense to say without qualification that foreigners should get any job where they are more qualified than their American counterpart. As just one easy example out of dozens, about 20% of immigrants return home after less than five years, taking all their savings and vested shares with them. Another 20% will leave within ten years, doing the same. All the while, they will wire, on average, ~15% of their wages out of the United States economy every month. Some occupations and origins average 30%! The idea that this should be completely ignored with regard to employment and immigration policy is rampant among the same people who tell you with a straight face that limits on immigrants will destroy the American economy, that the dumb rednecks need to be saved. I lean very libertarian and have strongly supported immigration to America for many years with countless public examples. That doesn't put me on the same side as the men who want to sell out America, and no amount of long-past accomplishment obliges any of us to listen to their lectures from the other side of the Atlantic.
Replying to @PalmerLuckey
Why did you give these jobs to foreigners instead of Americans?

I see and feel deep sadness and even horror of the news of death of Jason Arday. His memory should be honored by serious reflection on the system that created his impossible position: having to occupy a uniform/disguise created for him by white elites who used him as a political prop for the own propitiatory political indulgence. DEI is disgusting, degrading, inhumane, and institutionally condescending ideology that is rooted in lies. It kills, mostly psychologically but sometimes physically. This horrible turn of events should end it.

If vaccines are so safe, they don't need immunity. As a U.S. Senator, have the courage of your convictions and become a sponsor of bill S.3853 (End the Vaccine Carveout Act) to repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act which granted that immunity. IF YOU WON’T, THAT SAYS ALL WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WHETHER THEY'RE SAFE.   congress.gov/bill/119th-cong…
I’m a doctor. This executive order is wrong. The President does not have the expertise to make these changes. Vaccines are overwhelmingly safe. Vaccines are effective. Vaccines DO NOT cause autism. Breaking up vaccines will mean children have to get more shots to get the same protection, not fewer shots. It will increase hesitancy and make children less safe. Parents should listen to their child’s pediatrician about vaccines rather than listening to an inaccurate executive order. This is so wrong. xitter.cf/axios/status/208688294…

If that addict on your street were your own son, what would you do? That is the defining question that guides my 5 step plan to fix the homelessness problem in LA. We *must* end this evil racket of corrupt politicians and NGOs who profit off the misery of these poor souls. They launder money and feed them more drugs, so they can keep their customers locked in this hell on our streets. We have a moral obligation from God to help them and make our city safe and clean for everyone. Karen Bass and Nithya Raman have forsaken this city. Time for real leadership. Time for real compassion.

Alors pardon. Et au travail.

This is huge.
Rep. Thomas Massie is on the brink of securing a huge win for small farmers. His PRIME Act is officially included in the 2026 Farm Bill. If this passes, it will deliver a blow to Big Ag’s stranglehold on the meatpacking industry. “This would make it easier for local farmers to sell directly to local consumers using a local slaughterhouse.” How? It would cut the USDA out of inspections for local processing facilities. “You don’t need the USDA to inspect a facility that has seven employees.” “So what I’ve proposed is that you could just have the local health inspection… inspecting these slaughterhouses.” “As long as you don’t cross state lines, you shouldn’t need the federal government’s involvement in this processing.” “The good news is, I got that in the Farm Bill.” @RepThomasMassie

That’s what the people hired us to do Work We must do so—especially now, while we have the rare & fleeting opportunity to legislate with a Republican House, Senate, and White House—starting with passing the SAVE America Act and fully funding the Department of Homeland Security
Senator Lee is single-handedly forcing the entire Republican Senate to work. 🙏

You were never meant to change your habits in the dead of winter. That’s why they made “New Year’s Day” in January (look up who was behind that one). To keep you a slave to habit. To keep you from locking in. Until 1752, Protestant Britain’s New Year fell on March 25th. Protestants rioted when the government bowed to the pressure of foreign merchants and adopted the papist calendar. Tonight is the night that our oldest steppe ancestors celebrated the New Year. Spring is here, and with it the possibility of change. Now is the time to make your resolutions.

It worked with vaccines. They're trying it again with our food supply. While everyone's eyes are on bombs dropping overseas, something just happened in Washington that will affect every American sitting down to dinner for generations. The Trump administration's EPA filed a brief at the Supreme Court backing Bayer, arguing that because the EPA never required a cancer warning label on glyphosate, Bayer can't be held liable for not putting one there either. Never mind that the only major safety study the EPA leaned on to clear the product was just retracted weeks ago for its ties to industry. Never mind that three of the nine DOJ attorneys who signed the brief previously worked for law firms that represented Bayer and Monsanto. Glyphosate is sprayed on 80 to 90% of our crops. Over $10 billion has been paid out in cancer lawsuits. 97.8% of respondents to ICAN's poll oppose liability immunity for glyphosate manufacturers. 89% oppose the federal stockpile. And 80% say the retraction of that foundational safety study has shaken their trust in current safety claims. Del has been covering this since 2015 - before the lawsuits, before the WHO declared glyphosate a probable carcinogen, before any of this was mainstream. He saw exactly where it was heading. This is the same playbook as 1986. Get the government to grant immunity. Remove market forces. Remove the ability to sue. And then nobody has any reason to make a better product ever again. It worked with vaccines. They're trying it again with our food supply. April 27th. Washington DC. Supreme Court steps. The People vs. Poison. Mark it. Be there. thehighwire.com

The Hart-Celler Immigration Act of 1965, in conjunction with the Immigration Act of 1990, is the most recent declaration of war Congress has ever passed. Not only did this legislation declare war on American culture, but it has also been sending foreign troops to every American community to steal their jobs, erase their religion, and infiltrate their schools. I am preparing a monumental bill that repeals Hart-Celler, ends the H1-B visa scam, ends chain migration, and creates a whole new character-based system that would make America look like America again. The ASSIMILATION Act is how we can save our culture and secure our country.

Fascinating! @JoelSalatin talks about ancient grasses that his pigs have awakened. Nobody can identify these grasses & the leading theory is that their seeds have lay dormant for 100s of years, waiting for the right conditions. This is environmentalism by participation.

The Save Our Bacon Act looks sterile. The language hides the true intent - to protect horrific factory farming practices by Chinese-owned pork producers. This is demonic stuff. Sponsored by Representative Ashley Hinson.
Hidden on page 744 of the farm bill the House Agriculture Committee passed Thursday is a provision that would condemn millions of pigs to a lifetime in gestation crates. Rebranded the 'Save Our Bacon Act,' it's a pork-industry play to wipe out every state law banning the sale of pork from crated pigs — laws the conservative Supreme Court upheld in 2023. Over 85% of Democrats and Republicans oppose these crates. Voters have backed ballot measures to ban them in state after state. The pork industry knows it can't win a straight vote on this. So it's burying the provision in an 800-page bill and hoping no one notices. Contact your senators and representative today and tell them: oppose the farm bill unless the Save Our Bacon Act is stripped out. You can reach them at senate.gov and house.gov — it takes two minutes and it matters.

"Make them believe that to be inoffensive or blandly nice is the height of Christian ethics all while they mutilate children, twist morality, and murder babies. Your affectionate uncle, Screwtape"
If the primary American divide is between right and left, then Talarico isn’t that interesting. There’s a long history of progressive religious activism in the United States, just as there is a long history of conservative religious activism. Yet if the primary American divide is between decent and indecent, then the equation changes. Talarico shines. nytimes.com/2026/03/08/opini…
