Had a good conversation with @BradPaisley about the two West Virginia-themed songs he put out today, including a harrowing one about the opioid crisis. (Two talks, actually — one for print, and a livestream interview embedded in the piece.) variety.com/2023/music/news/… via @variety

Utah and Colorado compete over a lot of things – who has the better mountains, the better skiing, the better economy, etc. I think it’s Utah, and @GovofCO thinks it's Colorado. But one thing we agree on, is that Americans need to learn how to #DisagreeBetter and that healthy conflict results in better policy. This year as chair and vice chair of @NatlGovsAssoc, we’re setting out to do just that. We hope you’ll join us!
