“We do not support our own. Everything Ghanaian, we see it as sub-standard.” @yvonneokoro and @shirleyfmanso weigh in on Ghana’s struggle to celebrate its own, with Shirley recounting her AMVCA experience and contrasting it with the support Nigerians gave My Father’s Shadow.

Riddle Riddle! 👀
3 Stars in Ghana, they relate to their fans in 3 different ways:
⭐ One acknowledges the support, gives back to the fans and consistently delivers on the promises made to them both online and offline.
⭐ One acts as though they don’t see the support, making fans feel like they’re doing the artiste a favour by supporting them.
⭐ One has a nonchalant persona, full of Steeze and composure, when it comes to 1-1 interactions, they’ll gladly acknowledge your existence if they’re come across you online.
Three cats. Three different attitudes towards the people who made them who they are. 👀
Can you complete the puzzle?
How well do you know your artists?

“People assume I’m a womanizer, but I haven’t shared a bed with a woman in 2 years. Nollywood has taken over my life. I’m on set all day, return home at 11 PM and take a shot of Martell to calm down before sleeping. I’m not really on the streets.”

Frederick Leonard is such a good filmmaker. That’s a filmmaker who spends so much and it doesnt matter to him if he doesn’t recover his money.
He does quality over quantity and that’s why I loveeeeee writing for him.. because he is going to shoot it well.

DEAR PRODUCERS,
Some movies do not need a PART 2!!!!!!
The audience might ask for it, but it’s not every time you listen to the audience.
Some movies are GOLD as they are.
