We are pleased to announce a large update. Following our recent streams regarding our Q&A and subsequent staff discussions, @ViraTuber has been promoted within our staff. In this new role, @ViraTuber will be responsible for managing community events, talent relations, serving as assistant director, and overseeing human resources going forward.
Furthermore, we are announcing that @JayKayVT will serve as our Chief Operating Officer temporarily. In this role, @JayKayVT will also be responsible for managing talent relations and talent management, social media, and business relations moving forward. These promotions and updates reflect the structural changes we are implementing to enhance Aimstar Entertainment Virtual for the future, demonstrating our commitment to transparency.
During our question-and-answer session, we discussed several topics, including potential collaborations, an improved approach to managing our talents' NSFW content, implementing more robust and equitable giveaways, and initiatives to compensate talents for their valuable contributions, such as payment for streaming hours and larger giveaways for their communities, provide greater transparency, organize more community events, offer support for personal projects, and allocate increased overall funding to assist them throughout their endeavors.
