I have always said he is a top 2 CM/CDM but when looking at all aspects of a midfielder surely he’s the best itw and he’s slow creating some distance. Last season he added box crashing and became a dead ball specialist. Now he’s developing a playmaking bag. My 🐐❤️.

Declan Rice is the best midfielder in the world at defending. This on its own would be enough to make him a world class midfielder. But then he’s also excellent at ball-carrying, is decent at long passes/switches and chips in with goals/assists. Phenomenal midfielder.
