Never my number two. Always, and forever, my number one.
It’s impossible to put into words what this week’s tragic news has meant to everyone who knew Leighton.
The outpouring of comments and tributes only emphasises the impact he had on so many lives.
We will all be there for them in the days, weeks, months and years ahead.
What is most important now is that we remember Leighton, celebrate everything he gave to those around him, and ensure that his incredible work and legacy continue for many years to come.

The best day on Sunday with Henri.. to play on the pitch at Old Trafford at 8 years of age with his mates is just incredible but to have this image captured is just perfect ⚽️👌🏻
@ManUtd means so much to him and us as a family, absolute dream come true for him ✨⚽️ @JayCatton
Great weekend of football for Henri and his @HawardenRangers mates.
