Arne Slot then. Biggest job of his life. As long as he knows how many games he will have in December and January, he'll be halfway there.

It makes it less painful knowing we actually do not deserve to win the league.

Esther McVey, Minister for Common Sense, and her husband talk a lot about wasteful public spending. But how careful are they with your money in their own lives? We’ve found out. 👀

Yet Liverpool fans constantly point out to fans of other clubs who chant these same, unoriginal, chants that in many cases their own cities went through similar (or worse) in the eighties, or that their cities are actually going through worse times now? Time and again the message Liverpool (and Everton fans) send out is: “It wasn’t just our city, it isn’t just our city, but in this city people care about each other, will shout about injustice and suffering when they see it, and will always try to help those less fortunate.” This is reflected with how often travelling Reds and Blues will donate to food banks in the cities they go to for away games. Better that attitude any day of the week than closing the curtains, pouring another brandy and turning your national anthem up full blast to drown out the sound of your conscience as you ignore the suffering of your neighbours. Open your curtains. Go out and help your own neighbours instead of looking down on them. You might need the same help yourself one day, no matter how smugly you think you won’t.
Yes. Because you have an exceptionalism that makes you think you're the only area of the country that has had it rough at some point

Nottingham Forest players and Community Trust must be so proud of the poverty mocking chants from the home fans at the game against Liverpool today. Fans lucky enough they can afford to go to a game laughing at people who can’t afford to eat. nottinghamforest.co.uk/news/…

Very detailed these plans to *allow* Liverpool to win the Premier League aren’t they? Involving a ref who has been The Reds’ Kryptonite for so long is genius. Having him make the same drop ball mistake twice in one game, clever. Good job we’ve got all these fellas on Twitter to highlight the conspiracy. Must have been hatched when Klopp hugged Masters at Wembley.

This needs to be on everyone's timeline today. "Feed the Scousers" was once again sang for 90 minutes yesterday. As Tony Evans says in relation to the booing of the National Anthem: "You laud poverty, we boo privilege."

My brother is running a half marathon to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. Mentioned it on my vlog today expecting nothing & the support and donations have been heartwarming to see. Thank you to everyone who has either donated or had words of support ❤️ justgiving.com/page/lauren-a…

For once, we're actually with Paul Tierney on this one! 😂🤷 Klopp “doesn’t see reasons” for Forest anger as Nuno refuses to “comment” on ref 🔗thisisanfield.com/2024/03/kl… thisisanfield.com/2024/03/kl…
