I've never understood people who don't like musical theatre. It's as baffling as people who prefer cats to dogs. Why has no-one written a musical called Dogs?

Very enjoyable morning listening to @Ellenphysiouk discuss exercise & weight management following kidney transplant 👍
Been to see a screening of the new Judy (Garland) movie. Absolutely blown away by Renée Zellweger’s performance which must surely be a major Oscar contender. The film is riveting throughout, funny and heartbreaking. This film is not to be missed!

Privileged to witness Cellen Chugg Jones take over as Freddie Trumper for Act 2 of tonight's 1st performance of Chess at the London Coliseum from Tim Howar, whose wife went into labour during Act 1. With no cast rehearsal Cellen's performance was truly amazing. I ❤ live theatre!

Having failed to name Peter Hall in the In Memoriam sequence @OlivierAwards, this poorly written apology foolishly introduces the idea of honour. Dimming West End lights was no honour for them This is not good.
Nor was omitting Olivier-nommed performer/choreographer Scott Ambler xitter.cf/OlivierAwards/status/9…
Our apology for last night's omission of Sir Peter Hall from our In Memoriam segment. @NationalTheatre @TheRSC
Barnum at @MenChocFactory - Never imagined it in a small venue but thanks to brilliant direction, the wonderful company erupts with energy & pulls it off. For me, star of the show is @HarryRFrancis as Tom Thumb, beautifully sung & danced. Have a great press night this evening.
My wonderful husband @johnpittom 'a 40th birthday present happens tonight when we see the incomparable @BetteMidler in Hello Dolly #Broadway
Enjoyable evening seeing @YankMusical at @CharingCrossThr - what a great show. Loved the score, great choreography and strong cast.
The bears were adorable but the stories of how they came to be at this rescue sanctuary are heartbreaking.
Romania has been fabulous. Castles, fortresses, citadels, mountains etc. But most exciting of all, today we are visiting a bear sanctuary!
First day in Romania & its torrential rain. I stupidly heeded the BBC Weather app & packed for 35 Celsius & sunny. Going to be very soggy!
I'm halfway through and absolutely loving @billbrysonn 's Further Notes from a Small Island. Curmudgeonly but affection sarcasm throughout.
