The NFC East winning 0 games on a week in which two teams played each other feels like a pretty good encapsulation of the division at the moment

Safe to say that signing Mike Evans looks like a pretty good move by @JohnLynch49ers
What today’s @49ers win does is it puts the spotlight on @JohnLynch49ers as we near the deadline it’s clear the team has earned the right to make a trade for the stretch run @49ersCutback @JDJohnDickinson @Adamcopes

Byron Murphy is going against his tendency to Bull rush and the 49ers Guards have yet to adjust. He’s attacking edges and winning big.

Cowing's punt return touchdown in the preseason is this season's equivalent of Jake Moody's "greatest kicking performance of all-time" in the preseason against the Raiders last year.

The 49ers are 4-0, Brock Purdy is playing efficient football, and the offensive line still hasn’t allowed a sack.
Richard Sherman breaks down Purdy, CMC, Deebo, George Kittle’s 56-yard TD, and why San Francisco will be incredibly hard to beat if it gets healthy.

James Jones on doubting Brock Purdy’s ability in the past:
“I was one of those ones that would come up here and I was not a big believer in Brock Purdy, but somehow the football field always answers all your questions. He’s been checking all the boxes and answering all the questions and it has nothing to do with scheme… Right now he’s the best player on the 49ers. We couldn’t say that when everyone was fighting for system dudes and all that. You’d go to the Fred Warner’s, the Bosa’s, the Kittle’s— all them dudes. I remember those arguments we had 'He might be the 10th best player on the team', that’s out. He’s the best player on the football team right now and everything goes through him and that’s including the running back.”
