That 20k subscribers at $7.99 a month with upsells etc is the business - the shop is just for Instagram.
Could do loads of stuff
Garden centres - seed swap club
Coffee shops - tasting/sample subscription
Beauty salons - ladies night dinners & shows
Endless possibilities
It’s all about what you do next.
Like opening a stationary shop for instance - and creating a pen pal network that runs alongside it.
Now 20,000 people write letters to each other every week - and guess what?
Now they own the category.
Lots of high street shops are sitting on unfounded peer pressure to create viral content… only have a shop.
Think about what you could do if you had a next step for your wider audience to get closer to what you stand for.
Think bigger.
It’s all about your next move.

Honesty saves months of time plus it’s a lot easier to remember the truth.
The point is turning the attention you already have into people who want to buy.
Start with who you help and the result they get.
Before you post next, answer three things:
Who is this for?
What result do they get?
What do they do next?
If an answer is vague, the post will be vague too.
